saving a/c in SBI — Checkbook not received

I had request for checkbook with my newaccount No.-[protected] on 05/12/2011, yet I have not received it

SBI — i'll respond to request

I have requested to unblock my ATM card on date 26.12.2011.
My complaint no is NR[protected].
After seven days also no action was taken.

I would like to inform through this complaint, I had already applied for Cheque Book to SBI Main Branch, Noida Sec.11 on 16.03.13 through Branch office and also Internet Banking also. But till now
I am not getting any proper response from your Branch office, lot of time approach to them.

What is status of this same. Suppose if you already send the same give the details, I will
take it from concern department.

In my office at chennai i missing my one cheaque leaf no. 670419. my account num is [protected] my bank is located at chennai park, if anybody as operated my missed cheaque as above mention number kindly treated as a cancelled or not operated, wheather it is a deposit or credit the amount my account, after getting your conformation only i will proceed to issue next leaf of my cheaque book, reply is expected very urgently, matter may be treated as a most urgent.

On enquiry of cheque book facility the bank staff told me that your cheque book has been despatch from the Noida Office vide No. EQ[protected]JN dated 18/09/2013.
