Hi,

I am writing to you with huge disappointment as my application for SBI credit card is rejected. Twice I applied for this and the result is same. I spoke to one of your sales rep few days back , First of all I was not interested in SBI card reason previously some sales rep took all my details and never did anything but still i provided all my details , she advised she can process my request. One of your verification rep also came to my place to verify the details which were correct and matching with the application.
The only thing I want to know from you is why I cannot be provided with SBI credit card, I have my own house/one car/ 2 two wheelers and Iam working with a reputed company (Infosys) from past four. Also my CIBIL score is 850 plus.

    My SBI ATM account has been hacked on the 22nd of march wherein a sum of 39,000 was deducted from my account and when i went to complain to the officials they send me to the cops. but i would blame SBI for their negligence of keeping 2 Machines in the same room and having no security outside, none of this would have happened if the securiy guard was kept outside no one would meddle with the machines. pleas help me as soon as possible!!(and this has happend to another 4 more people who lost another 37000 each and the bank is taking it very lightly)

      I have a Bank Account No.[protected] in name of Ekta international at S.B.I. Birpara Branch since 3 years.
      State Bank of India, Birpara Branch is the first and oldest bank of this very commercial town and was a priority fully computerized bank in the Dooars Region of North Bengal, but, I am sorry to mention that I cannot give you a very enthusiastic report on the operations of the bank in the present scenario under the ‘ not so able’ administration of the Branch Manager, Mr Dilip Das. He is devoid of rational thinking and all other finer instincts usually present in people holding such responsible positions and has literally shaken the foundations of banking.
      I applied for Net Banking Facility about 1 year back and was given this facility by the Bank covering NEFT, RTGS, OLTAS, Draft Facility etc.
      I am working with my father who is a Tax Practitioner since the last forty (40) years and am also a distributor for various cable TV networks. Both services require constant and regular usage of Net Banking, OLTAS for Govt. and Tax Challans and NEFT, RTGS and Draft Facility for Cable TV Services.

      Unfortunately, the internet banking facility provided to me by SBI, Birpara is faulty most of the times preventing me in making use of the same. My repeated verbal complaints to Mr. Dilip Das, Branch Manager, SBI Birpara fell on deaf ears. I then gave a written complaint and request to the Branch Manager to regularize the net banking facility (copy enclosed) but till date there has been no response from his end. I have been constrained to use the net banking facilities of HDFC Bank, Siliguri in lieu.
      On 23rd march 2011 I visited SBI, Birpara for making a RTGS but Mr. Dilip Das, Branch Manager who had probably taken offense to my written complaint (mentioned in above Para) used repulsive, unmannerly and uncivilized language and ordered the bank guard to throw me out of the bank. This was least expected from a Branch Manager of the largest and most prestigious bank of our country. I had come in my capacity as an old client of the Bank to avail services offered by it only to be treated like a third grade hooligan. This action of Mr. Dilip Das only shows how mean the man is and also proves that he is a very poor public relationship officer.
      Now coming to Mr. Dilip Das, the Branch Manager, the local public and even the bank staff will ear witness to the fact that this man has been abusing his position and pestering clients to invest in SBI Life and its products during cost of the banking hours thereby neglecting the actual job for which he has been designated in the bank. It is no longer a secret that if anybody wants a Bank Locker, OD, CC, RTL, Loan or any other facility in the bank he will have to take a product of SBI Life only after which he will be entertained. Maybe the commission earned by Mr. Dilip Das Through SBI Life products is more important than the functioning of the Branch which he is heading and overrides all considerations. Literally he is simply like a parasite on clients. The greed for personal financial gains has blinded him to the fact that he has been misusing his position as the head of the institution producing an in conducive bank environment. as per SBI branch manager theory SBI life & SBI mutual fund products are better than SBI fdr and given better return than SBI FDR but we know that SBI life & SBI mf products are on market risk and not any guarantee return but SBI FDR are guarantee return on interest rate running on that time. Then, why the SBI BM mislead the innocent customer .
      I enclose Photostat copies of SBI Birpara client’s passbooks where entries made by the bank are obscure and not readable. It becomes very difficult to file IT returns since entries are not properly visible. When several clients approached the bank Branch Manager instead of giving them a patient hearing and trying to solve the problem he reprimanded the clients and told them to get their eyes checked. Mr. Dilip is least bothered in behaving in such a vulgarly impolite manner causing untold inconvenience to clients. His behavior is often talked about in public and clients are being disillusioned with the declining quality of banking in SBI Birpara. All this is a well planned attempt to harass clients and succumb to Mr. Das’s greed.

      on the month of Sept 2010 SBI Birpara staff agitation against the branch manager of Birpara Mr. Dilip das for non co-operation with them & paralyzed the bank two days this report come through local media (print) in two days copy of print media (copy attached)
      Clients of SBI Birpara face another dilemma also. Those clients opting for fixed deposits have to visit the bank at least ten times to get the TDS certificate(s) but to make matters worse the bank has not submitted the Quarterly Electronic TDS Return properly with Individual Clients Pan No, details of Interest etc. to NSDL since long. As such the IT department refuses to refund the TDS amount deducted by the bank due to non-receipt of Quarterly Electronic TDS return from the Bank. The banks records and an enquiry with NSDL will reveal the truth of my statements. All this only shows that the Branch Manager is indirectly discouraging clients to make fixed deposits in SBI Birpara. It is because of Mr. Dilip Das ,that clients now prefer to open accounts in other banks and take internet banking facilities from private banks.
      The success of any financial institution today not only depends on efficient administration but also on clients satisfaction and clients satisfaction is quality. Sir, just ponder over the phenomenon of how one man’s obduracy and greed is giving the bank such poor public relations
      There is an urgent need to rectify the local people’s sense of revulsion against such an unhealthy bank environment and it is requested that an immediate enquiry be made before a mass petition is sent to the Prime Minister, Finance Minister, Home Minister and Governor RBI.

          RespectedSir,

          I, Md. Basheer Ahmed holding S/B Account No. [protected], ATM Card No.[protected] with State Bank of India, PALAMANER(Code - 266), Chittoor Dist., Andhra Predesh. I went to ATM to withdraw Rs 30,000/- from Greampet SBI ATM (in Chittoor,AP ,ATM ID S10B[protected] at 9.24 hours on 30/01/2011. But I do not receive any amounts and any receipt, the screen converted as Black color. Due to some problem in the ATM.On that time my Balance Amount was Rs.55576.47/-.
          Than I went to another ATM in same Center same time to withdrawn Rs.10, 000/- at 09.26 hours on 30/01/2011 ,the transaction was success(this time my Balance was Rs.45576.47/-) and I came back to home.
          Very next day I went to same ATM center, I withdraw Rs.5, 000/- the receipt showing AVAIL BAL Rs.10576.47/-.
          Then I came to know my Balance Rs.30000.00 has been debited from my A/c.I was Shocked, I have reported this matter to my related branch they told me they are unable to do anything then I complained to the Police they are also saying the same same word. where should I go?
          Therefore, I would request you to help us to resolve the matter and arrange to credit Rs.30, 000/- to my above savings account urgent please.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had tried to withdraw 500/- on 25/03/11 at 10:12 pm from my SBI bank a/c no.[protected]. ATM Card no.[protected]. I had completed the transaction, money came in window of AATM machine. I was taking Receipt but within this time a 500/- note went inside the ATM machine. After that 500/- was debited from a/c. It was happened in Dehuroad, Tal- Haveli, Dist- Pune, State- Maharashtra. India. ATM is near to Military Canteen. Old NH 4 Highway. Behind Petrol Pump. Near to Dehugaon Entrance.

              After this there are two ATM machines in same ATM centre. From other machine I withdrwed 100/-. I have attached scaned copy of receipt for the same transaction.

              Please do the needful.

                  My SBI CC has not been used for last 5 Yrs,it is already blocked.
                  I have recently started getting threatning calls in abusive language from SBI CC Delhi office for payment of Rs.55K suddenly after 5 Yrs and without any bills sent to me.When,I had asked for the CC Bill they are threatning me to take legal action against me.

                        On 14th march I was trying to withdraw money from ATM , The money Came and within 2 sec it goes inside the ATM,
                        Immediately I log a compliant with SBI customer care Compliant no AT[protected].and they told me that money will refund in 12 days. but now they closed my compliant and saying that we cant refund as the status of transaction was successful.

                        What shoul I do now?

                            On 01/01/2011, I applied for the SBI GOLD CARD (My application form number is S[protected]). On 19/01/2011 I received a message from LM-SBI CARD, it consists my Application Number[protected] and with the information that - for the processing we are going to take next 21 days.

                            Form the Last one month I'm regularly tracking my application and a message appears "Congratulations! Your SBI Card application has been approved. Your SBI Card will be delivered to your mailing address within the next 10 working days."

                            But till now I don't have the SBI GOLD CARD.

                            WHAT is this? I talked with mr. Sanjay Singh ([protected]), the sales executive, He gave me the number of Mr. Vinod Kumar Bhatt ([protected]). I talked to Mr. Vinod about this, he said this is not my work and cancelled my call.

                                  Info about issue - I had applied for a home loan with SBI in December 2010 and the original agreement papers/receipts had been turned in to SBI then.Now SBI has misplaced the aggrement/receipts and refuse to acknowledge that these papers were turned in and have stalled my home loan process.Please see inline for more details.

                                  Thank you for taking time to talk with me the other day.

                                  Please find attached a copy of the agreement scanned prior to the submission of originals to SBI.These originals were handed over to SBI,Deccan Branch (Date - 4th January 2011) and include -
                                  a) ORIGINAL agreement between builder and me.
                                  b) A certified Power of Attorney (certified by SBI) to my mother on my behalf.
                                  c) ORIGINAL receipts from the Builder for initial 20% payment

                                  I am surprised that SBI refuses to acknowledge the handing over original documents.My wife and I distinctly remember SBI stating the requirement of turning in the originals hence we handed them over to her the same day our agreement was done.As a proof of turning in the originals, we got a copy of our agreement and receipts signed by her as an acknowledgement.I guess this copy has already been shown by my mother.
                                  I am extremely disappointed with the way in which this loan process has been dealt by SBI.There has not been a single day in my visit to India when I was not at SBI trying to get the loan formalities completed in time.I was hoping to bring the formalities to a closure before I left for the US so that my mother would not have to run around in our absence.Unfortunately that was not the case to be.It has been over 2 1/2 months since this approval process started.
                                  We would really appreciate if the officials at SBI could help me get back my originals inorder to help restore the trust we have in the bank.It becomes increasingly difficult for us to believe in the fact that our originals are safe with SBI let alone the time, stress caused and the money required to get these documents issued again.We have been customers of the bank for a long time, and we are extremely unhappy with the way this process has been handled.
                                  My wife and I intend on repaying the loan at the earliest once the loan formalities are completed since we do not think we can handle this kind of stress for 15 years to come.
                                  We hope that the bank co-operates from its end to help us get back the original documents at the earliest else we intend on filing an FIR with the police and an article with the press on this issue.

                                    I got the same issue with SBI.I went to my branch, they told me to contact [protected]...and customer care told me that there are 2 cards issued in your name so they can cancel 1 card and for refund contact ur branch again and refund seems unlikely

                                      This is Navneet Bhatia From jamshedpur, i have a savings account with State Bank of India, XLRI Branch in Jamshedpur.

                                      I maintain an online Sbi Id for my transaction which i do online. For transacting any thing ONLINE SBi sends me a password on my phone which is registered with bank for this purpose.

                                      This password is the authentication step for doing any thing on online sbi account. I NEVER get the password whenver i need it, rather i get the password when approx. half an hour or after one hour, when i have logged out of my account, and then it is of no use.


                                      I face heavy problems because of this and i am really irritated with this thing.

                                        I withdrew 1000Rs using my SBI debit card in the ICICI ATM Machine(ATM ID:S1AN2486) on 26.02.2011.

                                        Hi,
                                        I'd a SBI INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD long ago, but to incompetence on SBI's behalf, they got the payment late & as a result incurred charges on my Credit Card account, which I objected to. Though I made the complete pymt. that I owed except those extra charges, SBI kept sending numerous reminders reg. the bal. amount. Though I've spoken to n no. of people in SBI Cust. care Deptt. but everytime either the call was disconnected, transferred some where else or was put on hold for long time. As a result I decieded not to call them. But the concern is that till date SBI has sent me atleast 3 smss stating that they'll be sending me a new card shortly, but nothing happens.
                                        I'd appreciate i[censored]'d look into the matter.

On 11.08.2009 when i put the entry in the pass book it shows i have taken 4 times from the ATM of RS.3000/- total Rs.12, 000/- But without withdrawn the cash it shows like that. The same day 11.08.2009 i gave complaint letter, pass book xerox copy and ministatement xerox copy to the branch manager. He promised me that within a week they will credit the money in my account, But for the other bank ATM they will send the letter and it will take time. Please do the needfull.

                                        I have a salaried account No [protected] at Kannur Branch Kerala.On 19 -09 09 between 0945 hrs and 1030 hrs Itried to withdraw Rs 1000/ from a nearby ATM centre of Syndicate Bank.I waited for some time. I saw a message in the scren of ATM that Your last transaction was cancelled. I did not receive the money or the receipt. I tried once again for the same amount .The result was the same.That time I neither received a massage from the bank regarding the transaction.but on 20 09 09 at 0234 hrs I received the messages that the amount is debited from my account. i request you to take the matter seriously and to credit the amount in my account.

                                        It Is To Inform You That, I Have Submitted My Formalities Regardeng issue Of Duplicate ATM Card But Still It Is Not Issued To Me And Rs 200 Has Been Deducted From My Account On 25/06/08 Regarding This Issue I Have Contact Customer Care [protected] .They Have Told Me That My Request Has Been Rejected I Have To Contact My ATM Branch Managar. After That I Have Contact ATM Branch Managar And Reuested Her To Check The Status But he Told Me some time you will wait And Told Me To Contact Branch Manager But When I Contact Branch Manager He Forward My Application and Told That It Will Take Time When I Ask Why He Reply ATM Is Manufature In My Home. As Per Information I Have Submitted 2 Times Application For ATM .
                                        So, Please Solve My Problem I Will Be Thankfull To You.

                                        My name is RAM CHANDRA SINGH, i have account in INDIAN OVERCEASE BANK, POLICE LINE BRANCH (Meerut) , i have gone to Noida since 5/8/09 ...and trying to with draw money from YES BANK ATM ... I hav tried three chance but not get money ....i have entered money of rupees 3000 .but not got even a single rupees from ATM .

                                        So , I return to Meerut and complaint to my own bank branch in BLACK AND WHITE, bank manager promissed me to take action on it within 15 days....... i have complaint it again and again to BANK... but bank manager only giving me date and date , again and again...

                                        they are not taking any action till now after 2 month 19 days....

                                        please help me out.. according to RBI ploicies if any of BANK found guility ...i want itrest too on my missin money

                                        I, Binay Kumar Singh is a Class I government employee in U.P. Higher Education Services and am presently posted in Govt. Girls' Degree College, Harraiya, Basti (U.P.). Prior to this, I had been at Govt. Degree College, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur (U.P.). My salary is drawn through the government treasury of the concerned district headquarters and is payable mostly at the branches of your esteemed bank. I had the saving account viz. [protected] at State Bank of India, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur (U.P.). I was provided ATM card facility for this saving account. Before my transfer to Harraiya my ATM card was missing, and I made a written complaint to the concerned branch to lock my ATM. After my transfer to Harraiya, I got transferred the SB A/C [protected] at SBI, Harraiya, Basti (U.P.) and thereon I applied for fresh ATM card in September, 2008. I got my ATM card in December, 2008 through postal department on my college address. After a fortnight, I enquired to the SBI, Harraiya for my secret pin code, but the concerned authorities told me that it has not yet arrived. Then I made several abortive attempt to get the pin number, but the answer was as usual "It has not come to the branch, contact later on". After getting myself into embroglio, I again applied for another ATM card. But it ir puzzling and surprising for me that such a lead bank like yours nothing positive has been made yet. It is very astonishing for a government employee like me.Kindly convey me what wnt wrong on my official address: Dr.Binay Kumar Singh, Associate Professor(Sociology), Govt. Girls' Degree College, Harraiya, Distt. Basti, ( U.P.).
