I faced lots of problems with sunrise aviation. I booked air tickets for my parents. In the quote they mentioned different amount and at the last moment when we are actually paying for ticket they increased the amount saying that the ticket fare is more now. Also the customer service is very poor. They don't treat us like customers and behave as if we don't have any other travel agent. Especially Ranjit Singh has a very bad attitude when handling the customers.
Ranjit Singh was asking for Rs.20000 even to block the air tickets and send the itinerary. I was in a hurry so I paid him the amount he asked. So I had to accept whatever terms he put and finally bought the tickets for a higher price than what he told me initially.
I also saw a complaint from another person saying that SunRise Aviation had cancelled his return tickets and claimed the money. So he ended up spending money again for buying return tickets. I am now worried what will happen to my parents return tickets.
So its better to avoid SunRise aviation and don't get carried away by the intial less quote they are giving. Thats not what you are actually going to pay when you buy the tickets. So the intial quote doesn't make any sense.
