We have booked a ticket YYZ-DEL-YYZ which was sold by their sub agent and issued by Surnrise (Ranjit Singh) after few months we called them for changes they asked almost double of what airlines informed us we requested airlines and got our tickets changed to new dates directly and because of this sunrise aviation lost chance to make money, when we went to airport we got to know agent cancelled tkt and claimed refund its been 1 year we are...

I faced lots of problems with sunrise aviation. I booked air tickets for my parents. In the quote they mentioned different amount and at the last moment when we are actually paying for ticket they increased the amount saying that the ticket fare is more now. Also the customer service is very poor. They don't treat us like customers and behave as if we don't have any other travel agent. Especially Ranjit Singh has a very bad attitude...
