[Resolved]  Taneja Developers & Infrastructure Ltd. (Tdi) — Charging very high EDC, interest and no delivery of project

Hi

I have a plot of 250sq yd, booked with Tanjea Developers and Infrastructure Ltd. (Tdi) in Kundli. The company has taken 90% of the payement in 2007 and has not given the possession till date. Suddenly three days back company has given issued a letter asking for Rs2, 50, 000 for revised EDC charges and interest panelty for delayed payement of this EDC. They has a roudy staff sitting in their CP office, who has no answer to the coustmers query and have no idea about the completion/status of project
I have a complaint for three things: 1) When are they are going to deliver the project, and dont they have any penalty clause for the late delvery of the project 2) When the EDC was revised why no letter was issued to me or any other investor, how can somebody arrange Rs2.5lac in 10-15days time and 3) why the interest penalty on this revised EDC a customer should pay, when there was a delay in communication from company's side.

I too had to face this stupid company and having issues with them currently. We booked a kingsbury flat in kundli an paid all payments on time but after paying them huge amount they are saying that a particular G tower has not been cleared by government agencies, so we need to pay them 80% payment for the new allotment in some other tower.I dont know what to do????plz advise????can somebody tell me how to get back my amount i paid them since last 5 yrs
We are not concern with the contract of which we are not party. The agreement b/w us and the TDI was that the charges of EDC would be only @ Rs.650/- Sq. Yards. Whatever has taken place b/w the HUDA and TDI behind our back is not enforceable upon us. Moreover without any external development i.e road, sanitation, etc they are not suppose to charge any EDC from us. We should not spare them at all. Must move to the court for prosecuting them under criminal and civil law.

i wish i had red these compalint blogs before deciding & paying so much to TDI.my case is little different,
my floor was cancelled without any information to me & now they are demanding penalty for 7 lakh rs which cant be through loan, you need to pay in cheque or cash.
they will not show you their system neither they will show you the copy of the letter they claim have been couriered to us.
earlier they said that their mgmt has not made the process post cancellation.
they will make you visit their office 20times a month.
they scare you with thier illitrate guards at the office & they will misbehave with every one. i dint see any customer happy, all shouting n hauling but these so called gm or mgrs are mere dummies, they act on instructions.
if they are ISO certified company then should have process ready for everything.
now they would ask their dealers to make negotiations...
one of the official there said that all of them in mgt are frauds & they will test your patence n you will pay ultimately because you already have paid more than 50%...if you cancell they will refund only 25% of it...
what do we do ...can you suggest any lawyer ...or way ...shiva[protected]@yahoo.com
Cancellation of Flat without Prior information

I have booked a flat with TDI and I have not recieved any letter after 26Jul2011 and suddenly on 12thMarch2013 I received a call and they said that we have cancelled your flat as you have not paid the outstanding amount and you will be issued a cheque and we'll pay only half of what you have paid. They are , they have not communicated anything to customers and now all the fault is of customer. Please inform if some one else is also been fraud like this.
