Respected sir/madam

i was the previous employee of tata aig life insurance company. i got my full and final payment in the month of octomber then i had applied for pf withdrawl in the month of november, now it is allmost 5th month but still there is no response from the tata aig life insurance company.
i tried to reach them from last 3 month there is no connectivity.

i had send mail to mr.krishna singh (hr of talic) but no reply given from him

I've already paid 2 year premium regularly. But, when I called this time for collecting premium from my residence, company replied that the agent is no more with company and they will send their executive for collection. After several reminders, no one did this. And now, when I want to terminate this policy, company says that I will get NIL return.

Request to help me out to understand in detils (1) Is this valid that I cannot receive any amount back ? (2) What about my premium (Rs, 12000/-) which already paid to the company ?

I want to check my policy status and my policy no. is U[protected].

my policy no u[protected], my first premium was rs 50,000 and after first premium i unable to pay next premium.so ,i contact company in this regard. but, company says you pay your next premium or forfit your first premium amount. so, i worry about my first premium amount 50000.

I have deposited the papers for PF withdrawl in TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD Noida office on the 8th Oct 2010 and the processing for my PF Withrawl request started on the 3rd of Nov stating that their is a waiting period of 90 days which gets over on the 3rd of Feb 2011. TIll date i have not recieved my PF and their has been no update on the same. My PF account number is MH/BAN/45142/6331.

Request you to kindly look into the matteer.

I had applied for EPF to Tata Aig. life insurance co. ltd. on june'2010 , according to them they had submited doccument of pf to epf office on 23rd sep. still today i had not recieved my pf. now tata is also not responding properly.

i have taken your company product TATA AIG LIFE INVEST ASSURE SWARNA JEEVAN PLUS wide policy no.U[protected] dae 17thMarch 2010 by depositing Rs 49900/-(forty nine thousand nine hundred only)

it is very sorry to say that i have not received my above policy bond after passing eight months of my policy date and many times talk of telephone to mr.deepak agarwal (sales manager) and company official paris point bani park jaipur .it is very shameful thing for this type of pretigeious company of tata aig life insurance limited by providing this type of services i am not willing to continue with this policy. so please freelook my policy and refund my premium paid amount of rs49900/- (forty nine thousand nine hundred only ) otherwise i will go to legal aspects.

I have a Tata Aig mediclaim policy(C[protected]. I have had this policy since 4 months. Today was the 1st time i tried calling the customer service number. It was a nightmare. I was on hold for 15mins after which a representative attended me to inform that if had reached the general insurance department. i was then transferred to the life insurance department where i was on hold for another 7-8 mins. Finally a lady attended me. I gave her my policy number only to realise that their systems were down and they cant provide any information. I was bitten by a dog an hour ago and i just wanted to know if getting injected would be covered under the policy. Now i have no other option to get injected at my own cost since i cant wait for the infection to take its effect.

We are unable to get the cash less cards after continuous correspondence done also. We would like to understand they are unable to do/ why because they were maintain g the silence. But this is not the solution. They never called me we will solve your problem like but they are executives calling and mailing to take other policy's of the company.

i have worked with tata aig life insurance co from aug08 to nov 09. i have given twice pf withdrawal form to company. and in the last correspondence co send me my form back to me intimating that only pincode is missing in my bank address( which is verify by phone) and cancelled chq. which supposed to be instructed promptly in the month of november and also in march. what will i do now?
