My Tata Sky customer id is [protected]. On Jan 26, 2011 we called customer care to upgrade our digicomp to Tata Sky Plus for the purpose of recording TV Shows when required. We had to rush to doctor for my daughter was not feeling well and my parents where home when the Tata Sky engineer came to install the digicomp. To our shock we were given a HD connection instead of Plus. We had registered a complaint on Jan 29, 2011 (the same day within couple of hours of activation of HD Set). I got a resolution after fighting for more than a week on Feb 8, 2011 (after checking the recording of our call details when we ordered for Plus) saying that they would refund me the money back and an engineer would come and activate my old digicomp and take back the HD set, only after which wil I get my refund back. But till date, no engineer has visited my house for that purpose and I dont know when i'll get my money back. I dont know how I can take this further, as every time I call, I've to call the customer care and not the person who gave me the resolution. Every time I call, I have to tell the whole story.
