Dear Sir,
I shifted my residence begining of Feb-2011, and I have been trying to get TATA sky move and install my TATA Sky dish at my new residence since 11-Feb-2011.
Their engineer came and visited only once and due to some challenges returned back and has not come back again.
It has since then taken so many calls to TATA Sky customer service numbers, where I have been put on hold and then disconnected. Yet, no one from TATA Sky has supported me or taken ownership in ensuring that my TATA Sky dish is installed at my new residence address.
To summarize my complaint is on the following points -
1. No ownership to support customer in installation of TATA Sky at new residence
2. No proper customer service
3. Delay in response and numerous phone calls of which I have incurred all the expense
4. Long wait hours to speak to some one and everytime to repeat my problem
5. Even though telephone conversation record states that TATA Sky is not installed, my account is debited of the amount balance in my account.
6. No availability of any senior official inspite of requesting numerous times.
