Tcl company claims 2year warranty of led. I dropped my led to fix a display problem but they are not returning my led not receiving the phone call, every time when i asked them about my led they just say we will update you. But they are not returning my led. Worst service and worst promises. I need my led back. I suggest who are willing to buy tcl please don’t buy they will not give you the support.
I have purchased 50" size tcl tv onliene
i am awaited instalation from compny engineer

    I had bought a 48 inches tv tcl 121.92cm c48p1fs full hd curved led tv from amazon 0n 27th february to gift it to my sister. Thus was the first led tv at my house and we bought after lot of discussion and survey and finally selected the tcl brand.

    7 months down the line i got lines insides the tv and only half portion is visible.

    I raised complaint with complaint no: 5585201 last month and the technician visited and there were no response post that..

    Post that when we tried contacting the service person he said that is external damage.. But there is no damage at all.. I can pack the tv and sent to whichever address you want for investigation or you can send some other technician..

    He also said if you pay 80% if the tv cost we can repair it..

    I called the call center and they said there is no update and they gave a technical head number to discuss and there is no response from him too

    I was shocked at the response.. With lots of difficulty we bought this tv and again 80% to be paid???

    I have personally seen the tv and there is no damage externally.. It is easy to blame the customer and put the onus on us.. We know how to operate and take care of the asset which we have bought in emi..

    I have kept on follow up further but no response.

    Don't buy tcl products it is waste of our money and they don't care after the sell the products

      It is for your kind attention that i have bought the tcl led smart tv 32" (Model-l32s4) on dated 18/10/17 from reliance market - ludhiana, punjab. I have communicated no. Of times to your customer care, regarding the problem faced of poor video quality of videos of you tube, when i am playing the same by connecting the led tv with wifi connection. After communication with customer care on dated 14/11/17, they provide me the complaint no.- 7865601 for my record & committing me full satisfaction by planning the technician visit at my given address. Till now no solution is provided by tcl team.

        My netflix app has been disappeared from my tcl smart tv in islamabad. I have made several complaints to company but yet no response is recieved. My tv is still in warranty til june 2018. I first contacted tcl service centre but they told it's the fault at netflix account. Then i contacted netflix they told me we don't have any issues please get your tv's firmware update. Then someone calls suddyand asks if the problem is resolved.. No one has come so how can it be restored.. Please look into the matter as it is the only source of entertainment for my 76 year old mom

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased tcl 55” led tv through amazon on 20.10.2016.
            Invoice no:ka-qsae[protected].
            While installation some patch like image was visible in the screen. I shown to technician who installed. But, he told tv on condition it is not visible, it won't give problem.
            After six month some black patch like image appeared in the screen in one spot. Slowly it was spreaded and some time crake like image shown in the screen.
            I have given complaint on 17.08.17 complaint no. Is 4813401.
            But, tcl company refusing to repair tv with out charge even it is under warranty. They asking me to pay rs.34500/- it is about 85% of new tv amount.
            Kindly arrange to rectify my tv problem. I can't afford to pay the amount.

              I have purchased tcl 43 inch's tv (L43p2us 4k) from amazon order number[protected], after 1 month tv had an display issue raised a complaint 4412101, technician has visited on july 26th and told that their is an issue with the panel and has to be replaced.. Took few pics and videos of the tv and told with in a week it will be replaced... Today it's oct 1st almost 2 months i have got any response i was following up calling customer care but no action taken till date... I got a number from telangana service center to contact regarding the panel to [protected], when we're i call to this guy he says it's been sent... But won't provide docket number...

              I would request you please look into the issue and resolve issue. I am fed up calling every alternate day regarding panel...

                  I purchased a tcl roku smart tv on 6/2/2017. It was a return item from targets because the one i first bought was damaged and this was the only one left. I do not have cable at my home and i purchased a tv smart stick indoor antenna. It took a while to connect to the tv because the coaxial thingies was in a bad spot. After some time i finally got the antenna on but the coaxial on the tv would not support the antenna. When you screwed it on it was very loose. So when you have to re position the antenna you notice the coaxial would not get tight enough to support the tv stick so i had to have it lean against the wall for stability. Mean while i would look at netflix and other channels more so then regular tv. A lot of interference on 9/10/17 due to storm. When i went to adjust the antenna - the came completely out.
                  I had to contact the company and send pictures of the tv along with the receipt and all necessary items. I do so. The informed me that it could not be fixed and i should take it to a repair. I have 2 other tv's and have never had a problem. This one is only 3 month old. They asked if i had an extended warrant - i said no, bc that would imply that your product is faulty. So i never purchase one. Never had a problem. Until this tv

                    I bought a 49" led tv of tcl from amazon, within 2 months there was spot identified in the led panel, the tcl representative came down and verified it to be a manufacturing defect and suggested for replacement. It has been more than a month, i have been calling at tcl helpline, and every time, the response is different, one says it is not yet dispatched from china, one says it is in transit and even leads at call center are giving false information. My complain id is 4491501.

                      For more than one month, wala pong nangyayari sa complaint ko. They keep on saying that they will deliver the replacement by next week. I've call them last July 5, 2017, and they told me n hang gang Friday daw po ang delivery. But today, July 7, 2017 Friday, ang sabi po by next week daw po ang delivery. I've been calling them for more than a month til now ganon p rin ang sinasabi nila.
                      I bought tcl led tv 15 days back and still nobody from customer care came for installation. every time i call them, they say they will come today or tommoro.but, still no response from them

                        We were watching TV when we heard a loud pop. And now our tv has a starburst crack and lines running across. It's only 6 months old and the company is refusing to honor the warranty! They are accusing us of hitting it. This assumption is made by me having to submit pictures of the tv via email. What a scam! Stand behind your product and honor your warranty. A simple google search and you'll see I'm not the first person to be screwed over by this. Be aware you will not get help from this company regarding their inferior product and that is reflected in their CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                        Same problem here and customer is of no help. Barely could understand what she was saying, but the email was clearly written that TCL would not stand behind their product. So I bought in March 2017 at Walmart. Mine also was popping every time I changed channels, then the line across the tv. Something should be done about them not replacing defected TCL tv's.

                          Worst service by TCL. I bought TCL tv in Amazon and I found that there is a product issue in the display. Getting some verticle lines in tv, then I complained in TCL customer care. They said our technical person will come in a week to resolve the problem. It's been 1 month till now nobody come and fix the issue. I keep on calling every day and they are telling he will come today.

                            I am writing this mail for a very simple job to be done by the TCL company. I have purchased TCL 48 inch TV which was delivered on 3rd of Jan-2017. From 4th morning I am struggling to install the TV from the trained professionals of TCL but there is very worst response from them . I am quite surprised and wonder that how much critical job of installing a TV.
                            TCL has provided a case ID number 11825 against which the installation request has been registered by the call center.
                            It's really a pathetic experience to purchase and wait to unpack the product.
                            I hope you will help me to escalate the matter to the concern and let them know that this sort of survices is very unprofessional and not accepted in this competitive world.

                                sir/madam, i called to tcl 5-6 times a day and follow up contionuously till my first day. atlast with my lovely herrosment they given mail to guntur tcl installation department after 21 days. today i received installation guys and i called to customer care and congrats them even after 21 days they provide me installation. anyway tcl have to develop serveice wise. it is not completed when product sold. they have to give serveice for andhra as no body taking care. my humble request to tcl is make srure of serveice and give confidence to andhra people. so you have an amazing sales rather than now.
                                Same thing happening with me..Its been 1 month am chasing them for installation but they are like give us 1 more day.

                                sir, i had received a call from guntur tcl installation guy mr. krishna prasad m-9700842705. he is comming tomorrow to my house for installation with wallmount free.
                                I don't understand why TCL TV was mentioned that it made from cheap [censored] China and it hard to find the spare parts. If i knew this, i never bought TCL in Thailand. Now my screen is dark when i turn it on and I never be able to find a good place to fix it with reasonable price comparing with Samsung or others.

                                Please help!!!

                                  Dear Sir, I had purchased an Air conditioner TCL make of 1.5 ton and since purchase the company has left INDIA and has no body to be contacted. Somehow Last year during this time after much undo I could trace one of their Customer Care Number from the Net and called them up and registered the complaint of the AC's Compressor. Since then 1.5 years have already passed and everyday I am calling the Customer Care they tell me pl. call next day, or their Mr. Jignesh is not picking up the phone and shall contact later. but nothing has happened for last 1.5 years. Self also tried to call Mr. Jignesh their CEO TCL (SPares), India, operating from Mumbai, But this guy never picks up the phone but his phone always keeps ringing. the customer care week back told that the compressor has been despatched but yesterday when I inquired when and how, give me the despatch details the Customer care is unable to provide. I contacted their Mr. Tripathy Service center of Odisha, he said that Mr. Jignesh is a lier and would have not despatched so he is making you fool and not providing the details of consignment. Now I am in a fix what to do? I want to file a consumer complaint and like to be redressed and fine Mr. Jignesh and company TCL for selling substandard Quality product without service spares. I want justice and like to have Mr. Jignesh pay my agony and pain, Charges of my Telephone bill is around Rs. 7000/- and mental tension separately. Pl. help me file this issue in consumer court and get redressed. Mr. Jignesh shoud be Court arrested and shoud be kept behind bars for luring me since 1.5 years and not getting my Air Conditioner fixed.                                     TCL — bad sound quality

                                    I ordered for TCL headphones through SBI a.When i connected it to my pc the sound was not clear and their was a crackling sound also.When i complained about in SBI, their reply was they cannot do anything and i will have t contact the TCL office.

                                      I had bought a TCL induction cooker model no. 2029A in May 2011, it came with a warranty of 1 year and i spent 2700 Rs. for this. For one month it worked fine but after that it stopped working. I registered a complaint to their service department with complaint ID 11G23i002. First they told me to give the induction cooker to their retail agent but when i went to give him the cooker he refused to take it then i contacted the service centre people again they said that one of their agent will come to my place and take it from my home, but their agent took one month to come to my home that when i called them several times.

                                      They told that they will repair it within 10 days and returned it back to me. but now it crossed more than three months since i registered my complaint i am calling them every week but every time they say that next week they will surely give it back but their next week never come yet.

                                      I want that they should return back my money which i spent in purchasing this induction cooker because they have wasted more than two months of my warranty periods and i am not at all happy with their service.

                                        Dear Sirs,

                                        I had purchased a TCL AC from Vijay Sales on 30/5/2006, Goregaon (East) and the sale was installd in my clinic at Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri.

                                        The unit was not working and we contacted M/s Synergy Electronics in February 2010. They took the unit for repairs and raised a bill of Rs 3050, which I have paid. The unit was again taken for repairs to Display and PLC in March 2010 and returned to me. Within a month, the unit was out of order again and the mechanic from Synergy Electronics checked the unit and took it with him for gas charging.Thereafter, more than a month has passed and in spite of repeated reminders, they have not returned the AC to me. I fail to understand how it can take so much time to charge gas.

                                        Please note that I am a medical practitioner and have to spare time from my professional duties to follow up this matter. Further, I have been forced to spend almost the entire summer without AC in my clinic.
                                        I am now at the end of my patience and have to advise you to please take notice that if the AC is not returned to me, duly repaired within 7 days from date hereof, I will be contrained to take legal recourse as advised.

                                        I hope you will take appropriate action and ensure that my AC is returned to me.

                                        TCL - SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER — NO RESPONSE FOR SERVICING CALL

                                        Sir,

                                        Inspite of my continous follow-up with TCL service center in Chennai there is no proper response from them. They are refusing to attend customer complaint which really embarrsing me and upset mentally.

                                        Since, AIR Conditioner is not working properly and being summer month kids are suffering very much during night.

                                        My complaint no. is 35101
                                        Iam a worst affected customer of TCL.

                                        I have purchased an airconditioner in 2006 and now it is trouble giving ie., it is not giving coollness and while it is running it is becoming hot and giving room temperature high .

                                          I purchased TCL make Bluetooth Headset model No. BH08. But I am unable to pair it with my mobile as the pairing code I can enter are numeric numbers whereas device has the pairing code containing alphabets.

                                          Need help on it but no customer care centre is available in India.

                                          I had the same problem. The code'0000' worked for me. please try it and I expect it would work for you.
                                          yeah.. 0000(four zeros) is the code..worked for me.

                                          Charger of my bluetooth device is not working in 2 days itself...I think so the charger is duplicate...wat should I do now to get new charger...
                                          hey...my set gets disconnected from my mobile after every call...i have to do the tiresome connection procedure all over again...can anyone tell me why..??
                                          any bluetooth device which is global not specific made for certain brand got 0000 as default passcode!
                                          The general default code in such cases is "0000" unless specified.
                                          Are these the headset being offered by HSBC/ SBI credit cards at give away prices? If so we need to warn ppl from picking them up...

                                          one additinal thing i want to warn is that i had booked something else thr' card offers we get and got this one instead dont know how long this is going to work in good condition but its ok with me as i needed one.

                                          the charger of my tcl blue tooth has malfunctioned need a new one but dont know from where to find it. no service centre in lucknow

                                          TCL — SIM changed postpaid to prepaid ,after 2 days IC and OG barred

                                          I have been using Vodafone SIM from last 2 years i corporate plan as my earlier complany had tie up with Vodafone. Recently i have joined new company and as the service i found good i planned to retain my vodafone number eventhough i got new number in my current company.

                                          I enquired several times with CC people about the procedure to transfer my SIM from corporate plan to my personal name. But every time i got different feedback and the height is when i visited Kalyan(W) Gallery to my surprise few new docmentation was waiting and again i have to take the CAF form where i have gone bac to my old office for stamp and signature. After all these exercise i thought its final but after these i was asked for photo ID proof ( i have already given, NOC with authorized signatory stamp and sig, plus original document of Residence proof, address proof and lastly stamp and sig on form) somehow the gallery agent (lady) was convinced and i got my SIM changed to my name and prepaid. I thought these is the last time i am visiting .

                                          But but unfortunatly that was last time i was happy with Vodafone. They have barred my IC/OG both and i have no idea why ??? i called several time just got only 1 feedback "Please visit gallery some document issue" i gave all details and requested to atleast start my IC and i will clear the documentaion query. It was sunday late evening when i came to know my calls are barred and after that office week starts so iwas not able to make visit to gallery . yesterday i visited gallery but it closed i requested one agent to check but he said please come tomm its closed.

                                          Now i have wait till Sunday when i get off and visit the gallery to check the stupidity Vodafone have made.My calls are barred from last 3 days and no support from Vodafone is provided. CC people are not even aware what is the issue, they do not contact the gallery and not giving the number so that i can talk to them . SO GOD knows what is the issue with documenation.
                                          If all the stuff i have written is read or any action taken on these behalf i will be really happy.

                                          I was planning to buy TCL bluetooth handsfree set offered by SBI card. Now, on seeing the comments, I do not want to go ahead with the plan. Any better suggestions.

                                          To solve the quey of TCL bluetooth handsfree.
                                          All you have to do while pairing the device, you have to enter the passcode is four times zero instead of alphabetic passcode. this would resolve the problem .Ok

                                          even i purchased tcl blue tooth model universal sr i am facing same problem of not pairing with my e90 or any phone made a complain to deal4 from were we purchased via state bank card i have made complain but nothing has been done

                                          I am able to pair and connect it with my mobile but when trying to listen music it is saying unable to connect..Please some one help me to solve this
                                          I got TCL BUETOOTH this July from DEALS4ALL via SBICARDS.
                                          The Earholder was of worst quality and broke when I tried to connect it to piece.
                                          When I wrote to DEALS4ALL, they waived off their responsibility saying it I should buy one from local market.
                                          SBI card is not responding and obviusly they have made money out of rs.599/= DEALS4ALL collected from me.
                                          I am also using TCL bluetooth device, bought it from sbi credit card offer.
                                          I also got the same problem, but i saw this site, its resolved with 0000

After reading above comments m just wandering if m actually "Lucky" to get this or m sure shot "lucky" to read this before spending 495rs for courier charge of this gift.

                                          The charger that I got with the Set malfunctioned in just 24 hours, I can't find a replacement and there is no service center/support where you can find any help. I can't find an alternate charger.
