approximately two (2) months ago I purchased from Techvedic Norton anti virus and securities believing that it was a subsidiary of Norton, I paid £139 and received a 30 day free trial from Norton, since this time despite being in touch with them they have not completed the download. The monies have been taken from my account but no product received . please advise if this can be rectified or if I am the subject of scam by this company as it appears many other people seem to be in a similar situation who have seed this company Was this information helpful? |
