I have to complaint against the Times of India - matrimonial department operated by - Bennettt , Coleman & Co. Ltd. - MAGUS Customer Dialog Pvt. [ Mathura Road , N . Delhi ]

We had given an ad for matrimonila to be printed in the sunday TOI - matrimonial to find a groom . Details were given for the girl. They came to our house and asked to check the matter to be printed . We checked and told some mistake and they said we would correct that. They went
Then in the newspaper , this add got printed in the wrong section - Wanted bride , but was supposed to get printed in Wanted Groom section .
On complaining they said that it is our fault as it was written on the bill given to us. We told that you had written that and was not printed and you had never asked to check that. You had asked to only check the mater that was to be published on the section. We requested them to please correct the section for the next week publication and print that in the correct section and they refused [ So stupid of them . Looks dont have brains or dont want to work] and demaned money instead to do so.
This was not the first time we had encountered such issue with them but the 5th time [ sometimes telephon eumber misprint , email misprint , education removed .. etc. ] and they refused to corporate.

Someone please help us . We are a big sufferer

through my this email i would like to draw your attention towards the unprofessional attitude and the careless behavouir of your employees in your matrimonial add dept, i (rohan uppal) spoke to one of your rep mr BALKAR SINGH on friday morning 27/01/2012 as i was interested to plase an add in your newspaper under the matrimonail add, your rep handled the query and he was the one who was supposed to help me in publishing my add in your newspaper on 29/01/2012, he send the details on my email and he solved everything and rest assured me that my add will be there on sunday, as i was eager to have my add in sunday's newspaper i confirmed from him more than 5-7 times that my add will on time and place in sunday's newspaper, he assured me that yes the add will there, now on sunday when i checked my add there was no add and moreover when i called yout toll free number[protected] i spoke with sonakshi and she gave me info that my add was cancelled and there was no add, even though i have bill and i paid in cash and chosen the plan for (2+1) shagun, i think i am deaply hurt becuase of his careless attitude and his cheap tricks to snatch money from someone and making false promises to the customer, this may not only cause the dissatisfaction, however this may spoil your image and it may reflect your image as one who makes false promises and who is more interested of having money than helping your customers !!

please friends do think before giving the add in times of india once as they are not proffessionals and they seems to be intersted in only money than any thing else the the times of india has poor staff i think they are not capable to handling the situations and they have been taught the ways to snatch money from common man by giving the wrong info and making false promises i have already what happened above and honestly it was worse experience of mine !!

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR ADD TO BE PUBLISHED IN TIMES OF INDIA MATRIMONIAL SECTION AS YOU COULD BE THE NEXT ONE SO PLEASE THINK BEFORE GIVING YOUR ADD N NUMBER OF TIMES AS MAY JUST CHOOSE TO WASTE YOUT MONEY AND TIME SO PLEASE BEWARE FRIENDS !!
