Times Of India Subscription — Not Receiving News paper after subscription

Hi. I am an unfortunate subscriber of Times Of India. I subscribed the offer (with order number 32333) on dated 12/5/2008 for 6 months. the order was to be effective from 1st june 2008. It is almost one month, i have received only 1 copy . I have tried to call several times to the TOI office and asked about this but every time i was assured that the problem will be solved soon. I too have the same problem. I too had subscribed in may n was supposed to get the paper from june. It's been july n i haven't yet received a single copy.

I have one more question. Is this site really working??
Are these companies really looking at what we are complaining?
Who is taking care of this complains and who is ensuring that our complains are being taken care of.

Times Of India Subscription — Non delivery of daily by vendor

We have shifted our residence to Adambakkam and had paid yearly subscription to the agent of Times of India. But to our surprise we had not been receiving the daily for the last 2 months. I have already made a complaint to Times of India but there is no response from their end.

Times of India though the newspaper is good but the distribution network is not good. Promotional activities of annual subscription is not accessible to common man. Vendors cheat by taking extra money or doesn't provide the service saying TOI is not providing.

Easy access to this scheme should be made to common man.
