UPSC — non responsive to the complaints

upsc is not responding to complaints. i had a complaint about non receipt of admit card of nda 2010 exam. i tried all the phone no's given on the website but all are EITHER OUT OF ORDER OR BUSY.
NOW WHAT TO DO.........

What is goging on in your institution. There is no any responsibilty you have. Stupid people. you all are . you have only the way to cheat the student & collect black money in your accounts.
The exam is came to near and we still not received our admit cards.
