[Resolved]  Uti Pan Card Service — Status of complaint

Dear Sir,
I Kamal Kanth Singh had applied for PAN card on 27th of March 2007 from UTI Koti in Hyderabad.My Acknowledgement number is[protected] & Coupen No: is[protected]. I still have not received my PAN card. I had checked the status of my application in UTI site but it says null and N/A and when contacted the branch they have given me the PAN No: BKYPS8226F which i'm trying to get detail on net but my quest went in vain.I would like to know the current status of my application.

I have applied for my PAN card wiht the application no. [protected] and coupon no.[protected] for an address change. They have mentioned that I'd be receiving the same within 25 days.

It's been more than 45 days and yet there is no sign. the website shows that the card is ' UNDER PROCESS '.

I was an officer in the State Bank of India, posted at various branches of Delhi. I moved to United States of America in the year 1987 and now I am a U.S. Citizen.

2. I need a tamper proof Pan Card now because I have some fixed deposits at the State Bank of India, Chandni Chowk, Delhi Branch and they want a pan card number to enable them deducted income tax on the interest on the FDR and deposit in the treasury.
