Hi, i am very tense to bear the service o[censored]TI agency.i have applied the pancard in the 1st week of august 2010, but till today i didnt recieve the panacard, UTI provides the very boring service, the employees are very careless and dont respond properly.and there is no proper channel to complain against the UTI employees who dont take the responsibilty of their job, finally i will suggest to my all fans not to apply the pan card by the UTI agency, bbye

uti pancard services are so delayed that applicant have to bother.only commit deliever the pancard in 20 days but not able to do so service centers not pick up the phone they are not able to resolve the problems occured
