[Resolved]  Uti Pan Card Service — Status of complaint

UTI — Error in my name and father's name

A PAN Card bearing NO: ADJPV6798C was issued in the name of Mutto Kumar Vir S/O Lal Gwash Mutto, the same card is having errors in the my name as well as father's name. I have already applied for the said correction vide CSF No.[protected] and Processing Fee coupon Number:[protected] on 18.01.2011 but the fate of my PAN Card is not known. My actual name is VIR KUMAR MUTTO and my father's name is GWASH LAL MUTTO which may kindly be corrected and a fresh PAN Card may please be issued to me.

I have applied for PAN card with appln No.[protected] and on 28.02.2011 at UTI service centre chennai. The PAN tracker of the website is displaying the fields as Ojection.
I recieved the letter from UTI regarding the name mismatch for that compliant i have replied with explanation letter and supporting documents are also sent for the processing. Please let me know the status of my application.

my eknoledgement no[protected] but i am not received my pan card.

I had applied to UTI for some correction in my PAN CARD No ABZPL4730E and Cupan No.[protected] DT 11-April-2011, which has spelling mistake in my name. Instead of Hira LaL it is printed as Hira Lal Morya.s/o Bhupal Singh So far no response for my complaint. Kindly help me in getting the same corrected as the PAN is considered as an ID Proof for many transactions.
