SIR, My self RAJYA BARDHAN UPADHYAY, serving in AIR FORCE and i have applied for PAN card ( at Kolkata) for my wife Name - SEEMA UPADHYAY Fathers Name - SHRIRAM TIWARI ON 08 JUN 2009 VIDE application No[protected] and coupon No[protected] but till date i did not received the PAN CARD despite making so many complains.
