N[protected] This is my application number, I tried applying for a new pan card using my sbi net banking, the amount got deducted but on providing the OTP to complete the eKYC, it fails and prompts to provide the application number and birth details to retry again, after endless tries, it never succeeds. It says they are unable to get KYC details. I have paid twice, I forgot to note down the first application number, thought that it would be sent to my email or phone number I provided, nothing came .
