N[protected] This is my application number, I tried applying for a new pan card using my sbi net banking, the amount got deducted but on providing the OTP to complete the eKYC, it fails and prompts to provide the application number and birth details to retry again, after endless tries, it never succeeds. Pan card no. Eglpm2949r issued in my name:sangeeta mohanani and was despatched thro' speed post no. Eq[protected]in on 6/12/17. I am sorry to say that it has not yet been received by me. While tracking speed post no. It says
Consignment not found. You are requested to kindly look into this and re-despatch me the pan card at the earliest under intimation to me.
