[Resolved]  Value Sky Shop — malfunctioning product (magic123)

i have used the product just 3 times & it has malfunctioned- out of order, not usable- spindle dislodged. i received the product without any invoice alongwith. so, i don't know the e-mail, telephone or any contact of the company.
Note: i have sent the duly filled warranty registration card to the company

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is reference to the above subject I have placed order for Magic 123) received vide your System order # 08402 /15.10.08 (system dispatch # 084080020). I have received the same through post on Tue, 21.10.08.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that in the above said product one small jar & one juicer jar of Magic 123 received in damaged condition (the locking knob got break for both the jar's).

Please lodge the customer complaint on top priority and replace the same urgently. Also please provide me the contact no. of Value Sky Shop Outlet contact nos. & address in Mumbai - Maharashtra region.

Requesting you to expedite this matter on top priority.

I am also very much upset on the finishing of the product, also not sure about durability of the product, the knob of the jar is not at all ensurable whether it will last for long.

Hence requesting you to take return this product.

I have placed order for Magic 123 by sms and have received it through post on 31 st december before 3 days, and as we have opened it all product we have found fully damaged, none of your parts were and it is not working only because the machine itself is also in broken condition.Only 1 jar in in good condition, Since 3 days we are trying to contact you but none of your number is working, so you only tell how to contact you.

So we request you to take our product back or replace it because we are very much upset of your service.
Request you to reply soon in this matter or else we will complaint against your company in newspaper because we are really very upset for your services because before month also we have ordered the same product and in that also we have found 1 jar broken but at that time we have not done any complaint against it as we have to give that in gift to somebody but this time when we have ordered for ourself every part is broken or crack so please help us in this matter
