This is to fetch to your notice that after watching a Add on TV, Booked product magic 123( mixer jucier and grinder) on 18.04.08 from Value Sky shop and paid Rs 2495/-on line via credit card, Recieved Goods on 30.04.08.Customer code:00119.
But after couple of weeks problem started and mixer stopped working, called their CC they provided another number to call, Called on [protected] and had a word with Ranjan Kumar, expalined him the problem and suggested to resend the product to their service center in Gaziabad. Resend the product on 30.08.08, paid delievery charges of Rs185/- but after that have not recieved yet the product and now all their numbers are not reachable. Donet have any idea whom to contact and thus lodging an complain in Consumer Compaints Forum. Hope you will help me .
Please guide as early as possible, im very upset, have an infant and im not bale to make his food properly.
