Dear Sir/Madam,
This is reference to the above subject I have placed order for Magic 123) received vide System order # 08402 /15.10.08 (system dispatch # 08408 0020). I have received the same through post on Tue, 21.10.08.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that in the above said product one small jar & one juicer jar of Magic 123 received in damaged condition (the locking knob got break for both the jar's).
Please lodge the customer complaint on top priority and replace the same urgently. Also please provide me the contact no. of Value Sky Shop Outlet contact nos. & address in Mumbai - Maharashtra region.
I am also very much upset on the finishing of the product, also not sure about durability of the product, the knob of the jar is not at all ensurable whether it will last for long.
Hence requested Value sky shop to take return this product but no reply till date
