The company technician has taken my Air-condition on 22nd Of March 2010, for causing "No cooling Problem".

By approching on the call centre on 39404040 the operator did not take my complaint and only said that we will revert back to you

Hi,

I have a complaint for Signal not available.

My customer id is[protected].

In the initial stage of installation I informed engineer that their could be possibility of network but the engineer said that thier wont be any issues with the network at this place.

Resolution time told was 23rd may 2015 10.00am, now when I called customer care at 11.00 am they told me it will take another 8 hours to resolve.

When I informed the engineer while installing that I will face signal problem at this place still he was confident about the signal.

Its hardly 4 months and they are charging me 350rs for relocation for about 2 meters which sounds funny to me.

Is their any SLA for resolution time?

I hope this issue is looked on high priority as this is getting too much frustrated.

Refriegerator — Damaged Product supplied

I purchased a refrigerator from M/s Mahesh Electronics in Jawalapur, Haridwar on 14th April 2009. But was delivered a fridge with a damaged body. Initially the dealer promised to change it but after waiting for couple of days I lodged a complaint with the official website of Samsung India on 17th April. But till date neither the fridge has been replaced nor have any support staff of Samsung visited me. It may also be noted that all India customer care no: 30308282 also does not functions. After welcoming in English it automatically starts answering in Telegu and the caller is kept waiting indefinitely.
Through your newspaper I appeal to Samsung to redress my problem.

I regret to inform you that, I bought the Vidiecon 245D refrigerator from your Dealer NEXT REATIL INDIA LTD., Thane on 28 August2008 against exchange of my good working refrigerator(Invoice No.2074). But within one year of warranty compressor of your refrigerator got out of order due to bad quality (twice

I request to replace refrigerator on immediate basis as your company had supplied me defective refrigerator that is why compressor got faulty twice in a year of warranty. So, I am 100% sure compressor of this refrigerator will get faulty within next few month because of poor and defective refrigerator supplied by your company.
I do not understand why your company has supplied me this type poor quality product, which needs to be repaired twice in year. ( I am very well know that compressor is the heart of the regrigerator ) .It is clearly mean that once warranty is over I have to throw out if any break down occurs and it is going to be because of this third class product quality.

Videocon — Supply of defective Refrigerator

Supply of Defective Refrigereter to Vinod Kumar in Allahabad as model no.REF-VAL23355-RFA by Indian Watch and radio company bill no. 795 dated on[protected] and no care-responce either from the service center or the company.

I have registered a complaint with Videocon D2H to stop my account for the period of one month due to construction work I will not be able to use the services. As I have balane in my account I called there and Customer care executieve told me that "your account will be in Safe Custody from 2nd Feb 2010 and your amount will not be deductieod for the period of one month". But it is still getting deducted from my account and around 20 rupees was deducted.

Could anyone pleae help on this.

i have inqueir 4 times for shifting of videocon d2h every time i get the different answer from executive, some says 300, some says 500, hight is that some one says 900 for shifting. what the hell they r taking man.

they send the SMS that we provide next connection in 899, then why should i pay 800 for shifting if i am getting new connection in 899 with free installation and one month free subscription.

I believe this is company's strategy as the same has happened with me. I got videocon d2h installed last week and the guy who installed it did not inform me that cable beyond 15 mts is chargeable. The smart guy left around 10 mts of extra wire around the dish antenna without informing me. This wire was of no use for me and even I was not aware of this. I came to know about this when I saw my balance reduced by some Rs200 immediately. I called up the customer care and got to know that 32 mts of wire was used while only 18 mts of wire was actually required.
I made a complaint which was attended but I could not do anything about it as the procedure told me to get the refund was too cumbersome.
I strongly feel that this is company's strategy to get extra revenue by taking this kind of advantage. I am so disappointed that on the very first day I had an issue with these people.

I am sure someone or the other has sent these scammers money and even if 3-4 people in all of India did, they earned a hell lot of money. As posted by 20 other people, it is indeed a fake email. I have already sent a complaint to the Domain Admin. from where these emails were originating. It seems to be some student's idea. Anyways, I will track this thread and post if I get any update. Till that time, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST SUCH EMAILS.

I have already read quite a few comments asking if these emails are genuine and they need to know cause they are in search of a job. It is sad that people take such opportunities to make money for themselves.

similar case here, we had a DVD player, which wasnt recieving any power. we calld upthe technical support. the engineer came home, took away the dvd player on the 25 the may 2010, till now hasnt returned or called regarding it. we keep on calling the call center, every time a new person attends thecall, gives us reassuarance that someone will come to solve our problem, but now we hav no faith left in videocon, we are opting for tata, although lil expensive but not thieves like d2h! i d say stay away frm the honey trap of d2h!

I am Using Videocon D2H since 6 months and using Diamond pack of 296 Rs Per month which includes the sports category, as we are aware that the latest Cricket match is being Telecast in New Channel that is Ten Cricket the Videocon Company has seperated this channel from the Sports category and now they are demanding 36 rs more you can understand the fraud they are doing with this customer.

I was trying to call customer care from last year i.e dec 2010 till now i didn't get the line. Please don't trouble to the people. If it is not possible at your end, dont contunue your service. Atleast people will go for some good products.

I bought D2H on 11 Dec 10 @ 2990/- with one month free diamond pack, but my connection was disable 26/11/10. when i ask about that, cutomer service replied about the charges of cable. I hereby state that I have alredy using TATA sky and when I brouht this D2H then the same cable I was using in TATA sky is to be connect with this D2H connection. So the Engineers take back the cable which they brought with antenna. I have complaint regarding this to costomer care services but till now the amounty is not credited back to my account.

Secondly they activated Ten Cricket from same unknown phone no which did not belong to us.When I told them to terminate them the pack was changed but said ten cricket can only be change after 3 months only as per rules . I explained to him rules apply only when weask for it when I have not asked for it the rule is not applicable it is only crrecting a mistake but he willnot agree & remain adament. I had taken ten cricket and had to wait for 3 months when I could teminate it I have been having exellent service for more than couple of years it is only customer services which require technical excellence

The whole of Videocon D2H operation is a sham. Firstly they have no idea how to speak to customers and completely clueless about customer service. My set top box has been dysfunctional after 2 months of starting the service with Videocon.

Second, the set top box is still under warranty but Videocon is asking for service fee and also replacement fee for new D2H. After an hour long argument of me explaining him what a warranty means they agreed for replacement but I am still awaiting for someone to take care of this issue.

There should be an option to rate less than 1 star, because that is what the level of service Videocon provides.

I had terrible experience with Videocon D2H, specially after I shifted to HD DVR in Nov 2012. The box hangs frequently, contents wiped out without any reason. The support services are pathetic. The customer is left to mercy of Customer Care who don;t know anything and keep repeating same routing message on every call. For every call, they create a new ticket no. without bothering about why the call is pending for days. If somebody wants peace of mind, better to avoid this vendor.

My last ticket about this hung box is pending for last 2 days. I pay yearly in advance for top -most package. I am now writing frantically to cancel my connection and make refund to me, but hardly any action taken despite 48 hours gone. !!

My problem is my account is not properly updated from February when I call to your service centre will updated the account but account is not properly updated time to time & also the problem is when we off the set top box appx 30 min all channels was not show only NEWS channels are shown this problem is happen from 3 days but not proper response given by the service team & other all officer of lucknow so I disconnected all my D2H connection immediately because services given by your side is very worst which means your customer go to any other company you did not take any responsbility of it but you did not improve your services by your customer.

I agree completely. Videocon D2H customer service sucks! And their IVR menu is sometimes so slow that it takes over 1 minute to just load!

the videocon stb is not compitiable with lcd hd tv .the picture quality is very bad. d2h technitians attended my complaints many times but they are fail to solve my problem. the money paid by me is vast.

I think its best to rely on established Dth players like Tata Sky, DishTv and Airtel. These players are very well spread geographically and are huge enough 2 spend on after sales services and they are doing that. of course, they have their problems too because its difficult to ahve a very good top to bottom control. But still, my experience with these companies has been very good. On the contrary, my experience with videocon hasnt been good at all (I own a videocon expensive handset).

Videocon — Problem with New Washing Machine

I purchased a new Videocon Washing Machine in 2010, the product delivered at my place was a defective machine so i had to return it back for replacement to videocon, they replaced it with another machine, but that too was a defective one as there was a water leakage problem with that they took the same machine for repairing thrice but the problem still existed as they had sealed it with M-seal / silicon on the inner drum. Gradually the problem increased and the now when i contacted the service centre they asked me to buy a new machine.

They shuld have changed the drum or given me a brand new defectless machine.

It has been appx 2 yrs and i have to buy a new machine because i have been cheated by the company.

Kindly help and provide me with the procedure for taking this matter further and file a complaint against the company.

Dear sir I am Vijay bhawsar yelne from my father when purchase 1st television in 90th
I made same mistake from last 10 year I purchase more than 4 set of television my own 1st bazooka to 29 svmc and last 34 jumbo.
I purchase 34 jumbo in change of 29 svmc videocon from kedia sales/trader Amravati
I believe quality of videocon but not in service dealer really make me full about jumbo 34 on first day I found red color patch on my television even when I press menu button menu shape never found in proper shape I call dealer I told me that they offer me LCD after two and half year all so on jumbo have 5 year of warranty
That first 2 to3 day I never enjoy my television properly because any budy found red color patch on blue black screen and after two day several patch appear on screen
I dealer accept my complaint and forward to service center .more guys came and found no solution on that they convince me that at that time they (videocon) launch 34 jumbo they don’t have spare part of this particular model and to make them available it may take more than six month and they also suggest me to ask dealer to change television set
I pack my set to dealer I ask for my money back but he refused agreed to change my set
I found same problem on every set. Dealer and service center people assured me that
They solved my problem with in six month because I have 5 year warranty on jumbo 34.
That day I found that videocon cheat us .every model have same color patch and data problem (they call that) even logo of any channel I never found in proper way picture always out of focus they set data many time but after two three hour problem persist again again
Now two month before my picture of television really bad I never on my television from last two month now now I call service center they told me that service center has change and they don’t know past commitment they don’t know and to solve problem I need to pay them
