[Resolved]  Videocon Refrigerator — REFRIGERATOR

The insect from out side go inside the refrigarator, i had complain about that so many time to dealr and service centre and also complain in customer care ( Ranchi), but no body take the action
So request you kindly inspect & rectify .

My videocon refiregrator was sent for comprassor problem with in warrenty period in month of 07/sept/2007 to videocon service center, still service center are not able to repair it, due to compressor not available in stock and now I have come to know that service center has been closed no one can take resposablty about my refrigerator I am tring regularly to Ph. no. [protected] (Videocon helpline), 3263770 (lucknow Costomer Care Manager Mr. Ashutosh) but no response by them my Complain no. is 105067. kindly suggest me how to i get my refrigerator or take step agasint company or any thingh else.

1. ENGINEER CAME TO VISIT MY HOME HE TOLD COMPRESSOR IS DAMAGE.
2. OTHER ENGINEER TOLD COMPRESSOR AND FRIDGER IS DAMAGE.

THESE ALL WERE SAME PROBLEMS AGAIN
ON MY FIRST PROBLEM WHEN WE WENT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM IN CONSUMER COURT VIDEOCON MR. BHARTI STOPPED ME AND GAVE ME A NEW FRIDGE . BUT THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THAT FRIDGE AND THEY NOT INTERESTE TO RETURNED FRIDGE. AND I WANT TO MADE ANOTHER COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM, I AM HANDICAPPED PLEASE HELP ME.

i had bought videocon turbo cooling refrigerator three months before with the facility 'No Stabilizer required' provided the volttage should be in the range of 160V-220V. i just want to know that, what effect will it put upon the compressor when the input voltage is less than 160V.Kindly reply to this comment. waiting for your positive comment.
