[Resolved]  VLCC — CEO and customer care officials confirm and convey that refund will be provided for services that VLCC has failed to provide

VLCC took money for two packages which they said were guaranteed packages, hence they said it costed more than normal package

However, VLCC staff was negligent and they failed to deliver the promise they took the money for

VLCC customer care and CEO after going through the mails and discussions that I had with customer care officials, confirmed and conveyed that the refund will be given to me for the services that VLCC had failed to deliver

After 6-7 months, I am still awaiting the entire refund as was committed to me by VLCC

VLCC officials are not responding now
