[Resolved]  VLCC — Improper treatment

I have become member of VLCC in September 2010. The purpose is to get rid of acne and tanning problems on the face. Till date no good results have been occured and my face is going to be damaged day by day.
The company is blaming me on the matter like I do not go regularly in the centre, etc...... The same has been communicated to the head office of VLCC but till dtae no serious action has been taken.

I need your guidance on the matter like where and how to file a complain against the company. Please guide me so that the same would not happen with some one else.

My name is Manju Chakraborty. I am a customer of VLCC, Jodhpur Park branch. I have taken sessions for laser treatment for my facial hair in the chin area.

In my fourth sitting of the laser treatment, I was given laser rays with high degree. It resulted in burns in my whole chin area. I have attached the photo below. The persons at your centre told that they had to give high degree in order to reduce the hair growth. But this was an extreme treatment given to me since I am suffering from burns now and hence I cannot accept the explanation provided by your staff. I have now been told to apply ELOCON Ointment in the affected area. I work in a responsible position in a reputed organisation and now I am unable to go out and face people due to the service provided by your staff. Also I am very much concerned regarding the consequences for such degree of laser rays given to me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I demand an explanation from VLCC for this treatment.

I have already booked in advance for two more sittings, but now I do not wish to have those sittings since I have lost faith in your organisation and customer service. I do not wish to visit your centre again. I would also spread this message so that the other people look for an alternative organisation instead of visiting VLCC. Please contact me at the below mobile number and arrange to refund my amount for the fourth sitting which I had and also the remaining two booking amounts.
