I WANT TO DEACTIVATE MY CALLERTUNE SERVICE PLEASE DEACTIVATE MY CALLERTUNE SERVICE.MY PREPAIP MOBILE NO. IS [protected] FROM SAMANA, DISST.PATIALA(PUNJAB)

Vodafone — Caller Tune activated against my decision

I am Mr. Pintu Das, my mobile no is +91 [protected] subscriber of Vodafone. Today at 2.08 p.m. i received a message that, "Hallo, caller tune is activate on ur phone" and then, Rs. 30 deducted from my account. I surprised and immediatly call to vodafone customer care executive i.e, Ms. Pubali Chakraborty, she told me that I activate the caller tune, they can't do anything.

Many subscriber suffer this problem. why we are suffering ? Please, immediatly take action against this matter.

I had requested for the caller tune Heal the World by Michael Jackson and sent sms CT 20581 to 56789.
But they had set vodafone callertune instead. So it is requested to set the heal the world callertune asap.

Vodafone — Without assent activated Caller Tune services

Dear Sir,

How can Vodafone start a Caller Tune Services without my assent, when I enquired they say it was subscribed by me and charging Rs 45 for this service whereas I am not aware of this nor am intrested to utilise such services.

KINDLY STOP PROVIDING / Discontinue CALLER TUNE SERVICE to me & thereby Stop Charging Rs 30/- PM Extra.

Is this the way vodafone are looting people with extra charges imposed on them. I want my 45 Rs back adjusted to my bill otherwise I will approach to next escalation level for this.

Idea — Issuing unwanted caller tune without confirmation

D/sir,
From last 3-4 months without information idea issued me several dialer tones and they have cut charge accordingly. I request them that i do not required any dialer tone forever from my mobile no.[protected]. but still idea c.c not took any action.

I would like to stopped vodafone caller tunes from my mobile no [protected] immediately and hence forth pl do not deduct Rs 30

I would like inform you that pl do not sent any msg for songs on my mobile hence forth if this happens in future I will go to consumer forum & file case against you .

According to me you are deducting Rs 30 since to long time and i have requested you before also to stop caller tunes from my mobile

for activating callertune i received a call
i didn't press any number than also a callertune was activated
i want to deactivate that callertune

I have also been charged Rs 30 for the undesired Caller Tune Services without my consent.

this is to remind you again and again that your vodafone service activates its caller tune without any manipulation or acess from my side.so plz kindly improve your side for the same problem and deactivate my caller tune immidiately.my no -[protected]

I would like to deactivate my caller tune service as i am not in India. I am not able to call up the customer care or use the sms service for the deactivation . I hope so that you take an action immediately.my number is [protected].

sir i want to deactivate my vodafone caller tune . i dont know how it activatedbcoz i never wanted a callertune, when i recharge my pre[aid card for 100rs, it automatically deduct 30 rs,
