my mobile number is [protected]. i want to deactivate the caller tune . please i request you to deactivate as early as possible. my call rates are more. please change my scheme also. i donot need any sms pack. but the number is been given to all my relatives and friends so, i cannot change the number.

1) DT DEACT –> 55456 @ 3/- Pre Msg. ( Service will be deactivated in 24 hrs)

I had call to Customer Care and they advice me to SMS CAN CT and CAN CTFS to 144. I send these both message to 144 but the same forwarded to my no. that the You have entered the wrong code. Please enter the desired Keyword.

My caller tune has been activated since one month without any request from my side and the rental is being deducted from my prepaid mobile no. [protected].That too Vodafone promo tune..Its for ur promotion.Why should i pay for that???

Vodafone — de activate few numbers

i yasar using vodafone number since last five years and since last 3yrs using family plan in which i had 10 numbers including my nunber too as since last 1yr i have been writting a letter to vodafone that kindly de active my few numbers which is not in use now a days but inspitye of me reminding them they havent yet disconected those number.although numbers are not yet deactive and they are sending me the bills for regarding numbers.i would like u all to help in this

I've been a hutch/vodafone customer for the past 4 yrs. For the past couple of months, caller tune facility is automatically getting activated and Rs 30 is debited every month from me. Irony is that the song being played is vodafone ad and i am getting charged for it. Please make sure that it doesn't get repeated.

In some strange way vodafone has activated caller tune since last few Days and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. So they are charging for an unwanted service.

Vodafone — Deactivating caller tunes

I activated the vodafone caller tune a few months ago and since then i hav tried thousands of time in sending requests for deactivation but all my efforts went in vain. When i also talked to customer care IVR service but every time though they promised to deactivate the callertune but nothing happened. Rather they blocked the IVR service from my no. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

I am not able to deactivate my caller tune service from 2 months. i have registered complaint at vodafone customer care and they are just giving fake hopes.last month on 24th(renewal date for service)i had to unwillingly pay 30 Rs. for the same service. yesterday i made last request at customer care at noon time and the attender again assure me for deactivating of service in 24 hours and my request no. is [protected] but nothing had happened til now
i am really very much worried on this..i don't want the service and don't want my extre 30 Rs. to be charged this month..
