hello sir i have to much problem regarding unauthorized money duducted from my mobile ([protected]) thats not good thing I warn to you if this activity is continue further then i will take necessary action .
Further I demand you plese send my call stutus with money deducted .i will suit in court .

Vodafone — applying hello tune for which the request was/not made

It is to make a complaint against the vodafone company that they have applied a caller tune without my permission and even charged me for that. The customer care officials are not even picking up the calls.
This kind of service was not expected on your part.
I request you to cancel this service as soon as possible and refund me the due amount.

Vodafone — Problem facing in deactivation of my caller tune services

My vodafone mobile no is [protected]. I want to deactivate my caller tune services. For that i made a complaint for the past three months 10 times(for the same complaint - Deactivation of my caller tune services). But there is no response for rectifying that complaint. Whenever i called to vodafone customer care and complained, they told like that only "sir, your caller tune service will be deactivated within 4 hours". But three months gone not yet deactivated yet. I did all the ways for deactivation of the caller tune service like send msg CAN CT to 144 and complaint to vodafone nos 111,198. But there is no use. Feel ashamed of vodafone services

Vodafone is the a unreliable company. They do not give good customer support any time. They only can take money from customer in various excuse...
