[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

Hi Friends Its Better to change your sim to any other network I Think the Vodaphone network is only to eat your money...
they have deducted my balance saying i have activated for caller tune which i dint do . .hell service i have seen in my life . . close ur company in india . .
Hey man its not only for u when ever i call the customer care different agents give different answers and finally when asked for the supevisor they put the call on long hold and the call will be disconnected finally. Ravi..

This is to inform you that I am a vodafone user since 2003. I have lost my mobile handset with SIM card. I visisted Gorgaon(E) Vodafone gallery at about 4:00PM as on 01/01/2011 and get the duplicate sim card by submission of required documents & Rs 25/- . I had been told that SIM card will be activated within 2 Hrs. I wait till 01/01/2011 and then make a call to cutomer care as on 02/01/2011.I have been told this problem will not be resolved from here please re-visit the Vodafone gallery. I again visited the Goregaon(E) Vodafone Gallery as on 02/01/2011at about 2:00PM and the Gallery was closed.Again I visited the J B Nagar, Andheri(E) Vodafone Gallery as on 03/01/2011 at about 6:45PM and meat to Mr.Ansuman & Mr.Pankaj and inform my problem.He said we have forwarded your request this problem will be resolved within 1 Hr from now. But till now SIM Cared is not get activated.Today again I make a call to cutomer care and explain my problem and now again I have been told that we have forwrded your request and SIM card will activated within 5 hrs.Please let me know how many time I have to visist the Vodafone gallery for the same problem?. vodafone people always deduct money from my balance which is very disgusting. they reduced 20 rupees from my balance, after calling them they said that i visited some internet sites on my mobile but the fact is internet is not activated in my mobile, how can i visit any site?? they did this to me twice.. and today they reduced 10 rupees and said i have sent ISD messages from my phone but i didnt..

Dinesh parmar is a prepaid customer of vodafone since last 9 year([protected]).They deducted rs 70 from my account on basis of GPRS .service which i never opted for..inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.when i wantd to talk to superviser on 27/12/10 for deactivat service he gave me sms"CAN VL" i sent message and de activated conform message also recieved then again deducted my account balance on basis of GPRS . then again i talk customer care executive date no 08/01/10 he tell me next time we take care about that, pl send message" CAN VMC".we are not give your lost balance. my call was put on hold n finally disconnected its very harrassing bein customer of such a company.. the call had been taken by some .. cce's.. 8times i had made a call to customer care ... any way i will go for a complant on the court .. .. this is not happend only for me
it has happend hole the customer .. so when i tried to talk to customer care, i am unable to call there, so i just want to say to vodafone either
return my deducted amount or i have to go to consumer court...

I am a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]) at jamnagar. This company seems to fool people by activating services automatically.They have deducted Rs 45 from my mobile for sms pack which i have not opted for. I can say that they might have deducted money from several customers to compensate company losses.
please look in to it and reverse my money as soon as possible. Thanks. Try to keep me using your connection as a potential customer. So in future do not deduct amount for a service which i have not requested for.

Vodafone — Improper deduction

I am Anirban Mukherjee and using vodafone connection for a long time.But without any information they are deducting my balance for various service which is ridiculous.And also I have registered my no in DND but I am receiving promotional messages.So before taking new vodafone connection think twice.

Yes thats true. I am also a vodaofne Idia customer.my no. is [protected].I have activated the BB services since last 6 months. Vodafone has started looting me in the balance since 2 months. till date I have been looted by 230 RS. They do not call and neither they have any answer to my question that why my balance is getting reduced. calledup complaints and send emails to many people but they do not callback neither have courtesy to send condolence mail.

I ve recharged for Rs333 twice but the transaction was unsucessful, the webpage says unsucessful and mobile message says unsucsesful and my mobile did't get recharged.

Even after 5 days money is not returned to account. I do not know what a multi million company does with my rs.666, think building more millions like this.

This is second time happening to me . The first time I waited for 22 days for refund. Now i do not know howmuch days i've to wait

Its irritating to bear these situations. These people will not even provide a single paise service free of cost.

My experience with Vodafone is the worst of it s kind. I called the Vodafone number complaining about them looting me of Rs 20 for a call which didnt go through. And when I complained by calling the 111 number on Vodafone care One person by name Mr Naveen abused me so badly and called me all kind of bad words.

i am using vodafone connection for last two months. On 26th of jan i used internet and my bal was made -20.36 and on 27 i recharge with rs 30 and with 58 internet voucher and getting t recharge i used it for just 20 min and my bal was again shifted to -20 and t connection failed but when i see mt reccharge on 28 it was increasing itself and it reach to -98 without using internet, so i want a completr reason for unlless i will register a case againsy u in consumer form[protected]

I recharge my prepaid mobile online. It was showing in vodafone website, that Rs.600/- has full talktime.
After recharging with Rs.600/-, I got a talktime of Rs.543/- I called customer care and they told that the rest amount will get credited in next 24 hours. Even after 24 hours also, the rest amount Rs.57/- didn't credited.
After 24 hours, I called customer care again and again, and everytime they told that it will get credited within next one hour. I already called 7 times and getting the same response every time asking me to wait next one hour. So many hours are gone. Now I realised that I won't get the rest amount.
The same happened with my husband also earlier with another full talktime recharge amount and he also finially lost some of his money.
I am requesting others not to rechage online with an amount higher than Rs.351/- Most of the time, vodafone is usually cheating with the higher amount.
I decided to switch from vodafone because I am no longer want to continue my connection with such a cheater.
