i have been calling the customer care since 2 months to stop charging me random amts on my phone .......everyday i have been charged randon amts on my vodafone blackberry.....i have a plan of balackberry of rs 399 ......i have paid that amt but still i have been charged regularly an randomly certain amts......this has still not stopped ....i am tired of calling the customer care....i want refund of the random extra money charged to me and halt of improper balance deduction which has been taking place since a long ime

My name is Amit kaushik and have a Vodafone no [protected] . I had recently taken the seconds plan with 150 rental a month. I had disconnected all services like 3G, Internet, international roaming etc. I wanted a facility of only incoming, outgoing and SMS. It was your customer care which had suggested this plan to me. In fact I was keen on a prepaid connection but being convinced by your people I went ahead with the plen. I had repeatedly ( atleast 3 to 4 times) confirmed about the disconnection of my Internet facilities which was time and again confirmed by your customer care. This month I have a bill of 2567.75 Rs. This is so shocking and moreover I was told that it included an Internet bill of around 1100 or so which is very absurd. When contacted your customer care, I was told that Internet services was not activated in my plan but was in my SIM which I fail to understand. I was confirmed not once but many times that Internet is not activated in my phone but I have been charged for it. I have been a Vodafone customer for years and did not expect this from you. Hoping for your early response and action. Thankyou

Hi, I Balaji with mobile num#[protected] migrated from post paid to prepaid. I didn't pay the bill as I wanted to migrate for which I had to visit store. When I visited store I've asked them to disconnect my connection immediately and give me prepaid sim. But they've given me the sim but said will active in 48 Hours and collected all dues till that time. Though I didn't use the present month as it was barred for 2 weeks, they've collected rental of 250+extra. 2 days later it's activated. Today I got a call from barred department from a person Swetha and informed I've to pay 200 extra for the service I've used for 2 days. She spoke to me rudely and didn't explain why the bill is generated after almost a month.
It appears vodafone reputation is good but local department who handle's vodafone service are cheating customer and not providing correct information.

I activated a Vodafone Data Plan(Rs.850/- 3G, 6 GB) yesterday night. and today in the morning i was going through the daily offers by Vodafone by dialing *111*2*5#. where I found an offer of a Plan (Rs.5/-, 30 MB), I was happy and readily went for it, thinking that 30 MB will be added to my existing data balance.
i availed this offer, and by doing so my existing plan was deactivated.(Rs.850/- Gone).
During the activation of this Plan (Rs.5/- 2G, 30 MB), there was not a single confirmation or warning that my existing plan(Rs.850/- 3G, 6 GB) will be deactivated, which is exactly what happened.
Today form the morning i have called Vodafone Customer Care 5 times, and explained to the executives at all level about this. but their reply was that i should have known this before availing the offer.
My question is - How the hell was I supposed to know? After tiring explanation and reasoning, though they admitted that the problem was with their software, their reply was that they cannot restore my original 3G Plan, or refund my money(Rs.850/-). They gave me a Number([protected]), which was always busy.
