I am Sunil Kumar and I was having a mobile number [protected] when I was in Delhi and right now I am in Mumbai. After closing the connection company not refunded my security money.
When I came Mumbai and approximately Rs.1500 bill was due and I thought I have already deposited the security money so I will adjust the security money towards my bill payment. But I received a call from vodafone payment collection departmetn that they have file a case against me that I have not deposited the money so I have deposited the money. Even after closing the connection I did not get my security money.

Please help me to refund my security money.

this is pramod kumar using vodaphone since 27 month, i have only require to pay RS. 291
and i got late so they fined Rs. 100 so please apply some rule to this hell company for only this much of amount they fined that much, there should be 1 or 2% fine like that, actually i went to vodaphone office(sector 12.) it was closed so i got late.

Vodafone Bonus Card Tariff Debt Of Rs 49 / * Without Instructions — recredit of Rs 49/-

Dear Sir,
My Mobile no: [protected].
Sub:Unauthorised automatic debit of Rs 49/- for the past three months.
I have been requesting, for the past 3 mths, not to wipe Rs.49/-from my balance on account of bonus card tariff.
This month even after deactivating [DCT 49}, the amount is being swiped and my bal is Rs -13.49 for the past one week.i am not able to send any SMS or make any call.Every time i have called up Hutch Care -M/s Arunkumar/vijayalakshmi/Rohan---to name a few-they reply that the amount will be recredited within 48hrs, then 24 hrs.
Kindly recredit the unauthorised debit of Rs49/-[which is totally uncalled for].please act immediately.
Even when the client`s/customer`s bal goes to negative you people donot hesitate to swallow the amount.

This is Sanjivekumar Dattatray Zade I won two Numbers [protected] and [protected].
My Credit limit is Rs. 9000each for both numbers. and my bill was Rs 1160 and Rs. 448 something.
My bill due date was 7th May 09 I paid bill on same date before 8.30 in Vodafone store of Thane Mumbai.
But till this time my outgoing calls are barred from my both numbers I am suffering a lot because of this and I don’t want this anymore.
When I had talk with customer care representative last evening I got the answer that even if your credit limit is Rs 50000 its worth of NOTHING, I cant hear such insulting answers when I paid bill in due time and my credit limit is much more than my bill.

Request you to look in the matter earliest and fix the problem ASAP. And please train your customer care representative to how to deal with customers and how and what to answer the regarding queries.
