Don't buy any vodofone product. Its service is very very wost, No network(inside of house, some outer), no support from executives & SUPERIORS. Moneyminded person. Sir, My father has the vodafone connection whith no. [protected].He has come to know that his balance is-2, 418.The com.is showing usage of internet service.He was not aware of any such usage.The comp.did not inform of the balance going into negative.Had he been informed he would have taken care of the matter.He came to know of the same only when his prepaid balance had finished. He does not wish to pay the bill due to unaware usage.The comp.should have informed about the usage.Please contact him on the above no.for further negociation.We are all 4 members of the family using vodafone.If no head is paid to his plea we may be compelled to discontinue your services.

I have vodafhone number [protected]. I am trying to activate my GPRS setting from two days but till nowit had not been activated.Instead my 69 Rs.deducted by saying that i had applied for subscription even if i had not.
Ok this deduction is no problem but my GPRS had not been activated.

Copy of Notice given to CEO VODAFONERe: my vodafone number [protected] (recently converted from post paid to pre-paid) disconnection on fixious ground.
In the captioned matter I had received a message from VODAFONE customer service centre that my documents are not as per the TRAI and with in 48 hours if have not submitted the same at their shoppee, they will suspend my connection,
in this connection, I would like to appraise as under-
1. Initially, the said connection was taken by me under VODAFONE's plan for Corporate employees more than one year ago and at that time all the required documents were given by me and approved by VODAFONE's authorities and my monthly payment was always on time.
2. Recent back I have converted the payment mode from post-paid to pre-paid just to regulate my expenses and VODAFONE care centre at Andheri west had called three times with fresh documents and after satisfying them selves issued they have issued a sim card and converted my connection from post paid to pre-paid mode.
3. Now all of sudden I have received a threat message that submit all the documents again other wise they will suspend my connection and accordingly they did this now my captioned connection is not in a working condition even undersigned had given a notice to CEO VODAFONE through e-mail, which they have acknowledged by SMS.
a. A connection which was just converted from post paid to pre-paid (in an advance payment mode) only, customer is same and all other details like address, identity etc are same, hence, as per law they have no right to call existing customer thrice just take same documents which are already with them, and after submitting the same again as per their full satisfaction, they have suspended the services is in my opinion is not as per law.
Hence, I request you to take appropriate action against the VODAFONE for harrassing the customer in such a way.
In this connection I have also lodged my verbal complaint no.[protected] to VODAFONE customer care which has also been recorded by their executive on duty.

Vodafone — disturbing continously with missed call and bad sms
sir,[protected] --------from this no i got so much missed call and very bad type of sms using slang language.when i received the call he start to use bad words.and when my freind call him from his airtel number and say not to call in my vodafone number he just cut the phone and after that he try to disturb me on my vodafone no and to my freind's airtel no.he calls frequently not regarding the time and use to distrurb very badly.so i just want that you send me the information of this no and i[censored] can do something to stop that person then i will be gratefull to you.please help me.

Vodafone Magic Box — Not validating the Coupons offered to us
I have bought Vodafone Magic Box from their Shop at Wave Mall Gomati Nagar Lucknow. I have bought the best Vodafone magic box set as told by the Center Head Ms. Chandani. The service of that set is pathetic. It is taking too much time for any application. Battery working hour is very less. When I have shown all this to them they have agreed with the problem but they told that they don't have any spare set so it will be replaced within 24 hrs. (The set has a replacement warranty of 2 years). Already 10 days has been passed no action has been taken. When I called the response of the lady at customer service desk was like i am an alien and demanding something extraordinary. I have been abused by them and asked to leave the premise ASAP.Regards
