Vodafone — vodafone not providing the local call details

In the last month bill for my vodafone no. [protected], the sevice provider has charged 212 local minutes of calling. My usage of mobile is more for STD than local. I am very sure that there is some mistake that has happened at there end.
To get the details of the local calls I called the vodafone customer care and they adviced me to check this online. I tried but the web address that shows the bill doesn't exist. I have tried several times at different cafes but it never worked. I visited the Vodafone store and they also could'n't help me saying the local calls details can be provided only from nowon if I activate the same. The executive there adviced me to approach the consumer forum to get this resolved. I would like vodafone to provide the details of local call usage for the month feb-march so that I can check it for any discrepancies and correct the same.

Vodafone — harassment without result from vodafone store

ME ARUN RAJANI using prepaid connection of vodafone number 91- [protected] am being really harrassed by the staff of vodafone store.
I am using this connection since three years and i recieved a call from hutch on the 30th of march 09 to inform me that my validity will expire within the next 24hrs and i can avail a lifetime validity by refilling my connection with rs 43(forty three). therefore i refilled my connection with the said amount(43/-) on the 1st of APRIL. TO my surprise i came to know from one oif my customers that my connection was out of service, I reached the vodafone stores in madan street KOLKATA 72 on the 3rd of APRIL to know the status and was told by mr ZAEED( attending executive) that their system says that i was never given a call for that offer and also agreed to the fact that the 43/- recharge was a lifetime rechaege, so i was assured that i will be given a lifetime validity within the next 72hrs and i will be contacted over phone.
I again visited the store on the 09-04-09 as i had not recieved a response against my last visit as said and my connection was still inactive, this time mr DULAL(attending executive) told me that iwill not be given a lifetime but assured me a talktime of rs 43 within the next 24hrs( saying this was the response from the concerned dept).
I again visited the store on THE 10-04-09 on not recieving a credit of the said amount and was again assured by mr DULAL(attending executive) that iwill recieve a credit shortly.
I again visited the store on the 21-04-09 for the said credit this time ms NEELAM and mr DULAL jointly informed me that a credit was also not possible and on asking for a senior executive's number i was not given instead i was given a complain number[protected] saying that the concerned dept will contact me within three days which i again agreed to.
I again visited the store with the complain number on the 25-04-09 but i was said that this was merely my fault and i had to suffer for it ( a video of which i have recorded as proof) and all the staff treated me as i had done something really wrong by approaching them. I THEREFORE HUMBLY REQUEST YOUTO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER and get me what i deserve (as earning rs43 is not that easy) and as compensation i only want an appology from the staff of vodafone stores madan street kolkata.
I LOOK FORWARD FOR AN ACTION FROM UR SIDE AND WILL BE GRATEFULTOYOU.

Vodafone — COMPLAINT AGAINST VODAFONE SERVICE, BHAGALPUR

DEAR SIR/MAM,

I M A SMALL RETAILER IN BHAGALPUR, BIHAR. MY FIRM NAME IS TULSYAN. I HAD TAKEN 10 SIM CARD (RS. 265) OF VODAFONE TO SALE WHEN THE COMPANY WAS LAUNCHED IN BHAGALPUR. TILL JAN'09 I WAS HAVING THREE SIM CARD WHICH WAS UNSOLD, WHICH I RETURNED TO THE DSR MR AMAR KANT. TODAY AFTER THREE MONTHS WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR THE MONEY (RS. 210*3=630) OF SIM CARD THEN HE TOLD ME THAT I M GOING TO GIVE U RCV OF 31 & 39 ON BEHALF OF THE MONEY. THEN I TALKED TO THE TM MR. ASHISH MOHAN REGARDING THIS MATTER THEN HE TOLD ME THAT WE WILL GIVE U MIX RCV IN AGAINST TO UR MONEY OTHER WISE WAIT 15 DAYS MORE FOR UR MONEY. SO SIR I WANT TO GET CLEAR THAT DID I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK OR I SHOULD FORGET THAT I WILL GET MY MONEY FROM VODAFONE SIDE.
