My mother is retired person of govt. And also a heart patient. She apply for a new connection and yet not get it. Her consumer no is 23400020. They verified 6month ago but We dont get any response from them. My mother is in very bad condition and not want to go any other place, if any thing happen can they take the responsibility

As after a long convience and giving lots of application still now i didn't got the new metre as it was stopped for a last 1 year but there is no action in the MOGRA DIVISION OFFICE.
Please take care of the matter.

our consumer No.[protected] namely Gopal chandra Halder, who was death since 9 month, our metre as it stooped at list 6 month, our electricity bill issued high amount(approx rs. 2000/=to rs.3000/=)per month by electricity office without any Reading, Total Electricity officer behave is just like a woner of WBSEB.we are given lots of application till now, we apply for New metre, but there is no action.by jagadispur division.Howrah.we are complaint to toll free no. at 8/10/2011.no are 6165000.we are receiving all application by electricity office.we are mentally disturbed. now we are action particular officer to consumer Court.

I am consumer of the power supplied from Indpur, Bankura, West Bengal electricity board. My Cosumer no T0890434(COMMERCIAL).
You are disconnect of my connection without any information. Today informed to me by villagers. Long time we have stay in out of village. we have not received any bill from WBECB.So, why you are disconnect of my connection?
My connection is commercial connection(As per depatrmental Survey report) But we have no any business . we are already requested by registered post on 17/08/2009(Reg No 980) for convert connection from commercial to domestic connection but till date we have no receive any reply from WBSEB.
I also request to WBECB please connect of my connection and convert commercial to domestic.
