They are a disgraceful and despicable parasitic business. They prey upon people who are already in financial distress. When you call them, they give a cinfirmation number, then nothing happens. After several call backs to people who shouldn't be allowed to use a telephone until they go get an education, they give out a refund status web address which is difficult to use and locate. SHAME, SHAME, SHAMEFUL, despicable business tactics!
