www.idtheftrefundstatus.com — unauthorized debit of my checking acc

Recently, I was in need of a small short-term loan. While filling out an app. I evidently, signed up for this so-called service. When my checking account was debited I immediately called the co. The first call l was directed to a web site I then went online and registered for a refund. When the money did not reappear in my account, in called them back only to be told that they had never recieved my request so I did the whole thing again. Today i was told that a "refund specialist" had found it to be user error (which I told them I had not meant to purchase thier services) and I would not be getting a refund. I will call them until they give me my money back the only ID protection I need is from these bottom feeders. I wonder, does anyone ever recieve a refund or have these people built a business on fraudulently obtaining banking info?
