Recently, I was in need of a small short-term loan. While filling out an app. I evidently, signed up for this so-called service. When my checking account was debited I immediately called the co. The first call l was directed to a web site I then went online and registered for a refund. When the money did not reappear in my account, in called them back only to be told that they had never recieved my request so I did the whole thing again....

Fraudulent use of my information for their purposes. Should have been refunded on first request. I am 72 years old, fixed income and this has cost me bank fees! They are a disgraceful and despicable parasitic business. They prey upon people who are already in financial distress. When you call them, they give a cinfirmation number, then nothing happens.
