Hi,
I am Mr Soheb Lakdawala and an unfortunate Yamaha customer.
This complaint is addressed to all the higher authority of Yamaha Motors and to all people in Mumbai.
This complaint is against Mr Ajay Bari Manager of Yamaha showroom in Malad Mumbai - India
I am complaining because Mr Ajay Bari does not know how to speak to his customers "I am Sorry, Yamaha customers, he is very rude and back answers the customer right on their face as thinks he owns the company, he is doing a favor by selling the bike to the customer as if he is gifting them.
I am affraid that he is spoiling Yamaha's reputation as he is not capable of being a manager with this attitude.
I am complaining as i have faced this rude person at Yamaha and there is no complaint book or public relation person to take my complaint at the showroom
I hope that the higher authority takes action against him
I am and will be available if the authority needs me for a talk.
