I have a YO electron which is purchased in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. When we purchased the bike, we were assured of continued service and support. It is very disappointing that there is no service station for YO bikes available here and we are facing lot of issues in getting our bike serviced. Our bike is not starting and there is no mechanic available to help. We tried to contact every possible garage mechanic but no one in Bhubaneswar is trained to repair the YO bike. The bike is now left like a junk and we have no option to get help. Please let us know where we can get our bike repaired.
Please let us know how we can get our bike repaired at earliest. If the issue is not resolved I would escalate the issue and complain to consumer court.
