six month back I have purchased the bike. From the very first day I have facing the trouble continuously. The dealer not ready to support, not even talking properly. I am a lady working with west Bengal government in public health sector. My nature of job is door to door visit to see the patients. Being a lady I am facing so many problem. The dealer promised me about the mileage above 100km and one year warranty.But now it's came down to 20-25km.I had inform to yo bike center directly, then only the dealer collect my bike and promised me to return within 2-3days. But now it's 10 days more, they not even inform me about my bike's position and not answering my phone call in proper manors ( I can't explain ). The person to whom I have called up mane is Arabinda( [protected]) ( the dealer's manager ). I am requesting you to help me as soon as possible. Because now I am physically ( in absence of bike) and mentally troubled. I am giving the all information bellow -

. I have Purchased Yo Excel Scooter from ( kayamkullam Kerala), From the very
first day Onwards I have facing the Problem
( Almost all screws are
loosing, Sheakabsur is not
working properly, Two times charger
gone, then we purchase a new charger from the dealer. Some times speed Mode is not working I mean Switch). Many times I
inform the Dealer they are helpless. Two times I inform the Electro term
company (yo bykes company). No reply. More over us paid 56, 000 Rupees for purchasing this scooter. Now the scooter totally Gone It is in the CompanyWork shop, they are asking 12, 000
rupees for repairing our scooter. Please help us to under stand our situation. We are not in good
financial condition. My husband went through a Brain tumour Operation. We borrowed
money from the Bank for his operation. Please help us to understand our situation.
