We have a Yo speed which we bought from the company Indus industries which has a showroom in Pune. We got the bike in June 2008. The bike has been at the service center more than we have used it. For last three months the charger is with the service center and no news of its repair or when it will be done. The bike takes 10 to 12 hours for charging and has become more of a liability. Our neighbours who have two bikes from the same company are suffering the same. We would like a refund of our money. What is the use of the government promoting electric vehicles if there is no quality in the products. Was this information helpful? |
