I have recharge my subscription( VC No. [protected]) through Itz Card No.S[protected] Amt Rs. 600/- on 28.01.09 evening by SMS properly, Payment Confirmed by itzcash.com having order ID No.[protected] & transation ID PMGW[protected]. Still my renewel is pending & each and every time coustmer care service giving different number of there helpline.
