My VC no. is [protected] and i have subscribed for GOLD package.I live in Ispur Distt Una (H.P).
For last 3 months i got signal error in some channels. First I wait for proper signal then i lodged so many complaints on [protected] & [protected].

I am countinously waiting for technician to come & resolve the problem but nobody came.Without any solution i am receiving the massage from number [protected] that your query has been resolved .
Even the problem is not solved & nobody came to my home, I am just surprised to hear this answer.They have closed my complaints without solving the problem actually?
