DishTV very poor service
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I Brajraj singh from Kanpur purchased DishTV connection for 3 months free subscription scheme as on 11/07/2009 & Installed dt. 12.07.2009. First of all i made a complian for hanging of Settop Box to dealer & Customer care centre kanpur on dt 14.07.2009 But i could not get responce. Then i called to customer care on dt. 16.07.2009 but i did not any got any responce. After few days i found SMS problom Resolve then i called to customer care, Dealer & customer care center kanpur. then customer care gave Complaint id No. 27659310 registered dt. 25.07.2009 After one day I’m continuously facing problem Settop box hang & from Last week “No access / Signal not found” problem apart from this problem. I’m also in problem of their customer care services of such a reputed group. Whenever I call at [protected] (East region) they never pick their customers calls only one line is repeated continuously “this week is for Hera phere movie order your demand movie” but I ever get the line of their customer executive to tell my problem & this phone line is chargeable also, so after 15-20 minutes of wait I’ve to cut my phone from my side. This is really a worst service of Zee network enterprise for their main customer because they know the existing customer is in their hand, so it is good not to hear their problems.

dish tv zee enterprise — movie on demand
Dish Television offers its consumers movie on demand service.I ordered for a movie Dragonfly through sms on 3rd july 2008 . The movie started from between and i happened to see the end. Even Rs. 62 were chared for it. This company has pathetic call centre and they dont provide proper assistance also and take there customers as fools.
