utter dissatisfaction with the service

Chis is an utter fake company making false commitments just to mint money.
I am a member since october 2017 and i have got a chance to use just 4 days of my membership. We have to literally beg them for options of hotel despite of paying a huge amount. Every time their answer is we don’t have availability. I want my money as i am severely disappointed with this company.

This fraud company is again and again repeating the same thing by mail but at the time of the agreement the sugarcoated sales team mr rafiq and mr abdul assured us that definitely we are going to get two rooms booked but now they are providing on tariff basis this means 80000 for their package and second room on charges again. I want my hard earned money back. These cheated should be put behind bars. Specially the sales team who say something and afterwards deny their promises.
