Very disappointed to write the level of service I have received from Croma for the extended Annual maintenance service purchase I made in February 2022. I raised service request for all my 3 AC’s on 21.05.24 and inspite of chasing your customer care till date no technician has been assigned. Even I escalated on Linkedin but result is same SR ID nos - BOF210524EW00294 Request raised on 21st May 2024 SAMSUNG INV/AC 2T AR24AY4YAWK 4S No or less cooling SR ID : BOF210524EW00359 OPEN Request raised on 21st May 2024 SAMSUNG INV/AC 1T AR12BY4ZAWK 4S SR ID : BOF210524EW00286 OPEN Request raised on 21st May 2024 SAMSUNG INV/AC 2T AR24AY4YAWK 4S If Croma has a challenge of not providing timely services then you should the amount I paid for extended AMC Was this information helpful? As per the latest update, a technician found that your unit was damaged by a rat infestation, which is not covered under your warranty plan. Therefore, we cannot honor your service request.
