Complained on: 14/10/2024. Technician's visit on: 23/10/2024. Replacement needed for Microwave oven Guide Cover. Rectification date by Technician: 08/11/2024 - Replacement done with hand cut Guide cover. Status: Oven is working without arching. No proper response from the Croma service department over phone. Hence, personally visited the Croma Service Centre on 02/111/2024 and enquired the status of my complaint. It's very unfortunate that Croma did not have a small part (mica sheet cover) at Chennai for their own make Microwave oven. They kept on saying that the part has to come from Mumbai. Finally, it was repaired on 08/11/24 (after 21 days). CROMA, please improve the service for gadgets having extended warranty (I have up to 2026 for the oven).

Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by DCmohan Yesterday[protected] the technician came and replaced the waveguide cover. Unfortunately, he did not replace with original component. The cover (mica sheet) was hand cut and used. Anyway, the microwave oven is working and there is no arching.
