Chroma Grievance Officer,
This is related to newly brought Sony headphones from Chroma Kothrud, Pune, Center.
I am writing this letter on behalf of my husband. Kindly treat this as formal escalation from my end.
My Husband Visited your Chroma kothrud store to buy good quality headphones with noise cancellation facility (over calls). From the Chroma agent, we were recommended to buy Soni product worth about Rs.10000/- however, it is observed that the product doesn't have noise cancellation facility over calls. When on a call, the person with whom the call is made, listens to a lot of background noise making it unable to work.
When we approached Chroma Kothrud center to replace the product, they raised a query to Soni, to which they replied that the product is not faulty.
Now, your chorma team is not ready to replace the product and this is not acceptable.
I request Chroma to take the responsibility for suggesting a wrong product to us bearing a loss of Rs.10000/-
I offered the store manager to buy another product from your end worth the same amount or higher, but the same was denied.
Kindly help me understand how to tackle this matter ? These headphones are of no use to us and were immediately taken back to the store for replacement.
