Complaint marked as Resolved I have purchased a service package from cross road for my wagnor car. After completing the payment procedure their executive Mr.Saqib Khan commit me that on at 11 o'clock the mechanic will to complete my car service but in the morning there is no reply for my phone calls and your customer care agent not any positive response.
As they are not providing service as per the commitment so i want my refund Rs 3250/- asap. I called many times but not any positive response several reminder mails but there no reply from their side.
Please help me in this matter.
